The stars wanted to take me
The night sky wanted to cover me in black
The grass wanted to absorb me
The clouds wanted to rain on me
Why couldn't it be in your nature
To accept me for what I lack
A title suggested by a friend. This is I repeat, is not a poem on nature.
I would fain believe that;
I am a two eyed observatory for the ever swelling web of creation.

It's Funny
That how much we were curious to know each other, just to become strangers at the end.

Me
I told my cat to live forever.
I gave my baby girl away.
I listen to a song that breaks my heart
I can't shed a tear or I turn to dust.
I can't accept my tail end life
just pick up dog **** and sleep alone.
My life becomes a catalogue of six
things to never do again.

yet she is a warrior ‘ in her battle –
her field  is fire yet she blazes with poise ‘
her words like bullets ‘
they merge like fury ‘
her eyes gasoline ,
yet her tears flame with kindness ‘
her soul is a warfare’
the inferno is madness ‘
wounds of her past
now burn to dust ‘
in ash she rises’
like the midnight light in Summer ‘
Bright little star  above
Stay with me forever
While I’m looking at you
in the night
I know someone is looking too.

There is a
black hole where
this heart once stood.
Even this power house
exhausts all of its love and spirit
over time
only to collapse
under the weight of
the world.

Remember yesterday
before you meet today
Because tomorrow is
