Come join us in the garden
Your army days are done
Sit down and take it easy
Enjoy soak up the sun.

Now you need no longer worry
You will never be going back
Relax no need to hurry
Just forget about the past.

You say it's hard to carry on
Leaving the horrors of war behind
You often have those nightmares
From behind the enemy line.

So look now toward the future
The poserbilitys they are vast
There is that new horizon
Even though it's hard to grasp.

Come join us in the garden
Leave those fearful days behind
Look at all the lovely flowers
Representing peaceful times.

Look at this gardens beaughty
The war just had to end
Who knows what lies ahead of you
Your enemy could become your friend.
From the days of war come the time of peace
After the second world war came that new horizon
Never the less wars still continue.I had a friend who suffered PSTD.
To me that says humans are not designed for war.
Some tears have
their own heartbeats

their own pulse

and they stain our souls
with the beauty
that is only felt when touched
by the truth of eternal love

I shed those tears
every time I gaze up
at the infinite night sky
and hear every single star
sing your name
.
You are there,
stalking my memories,
a series of pornographic tapestries
woven deep into my mind,
Hand stitched together
with a cold blunt needle,
threatening to unravel fast
when the sun kisses the horizon.

The petals of paper flowers
yellow with time passing,
presenting a weathered view
of a love that once thrived,
but is now moon dust
gathering on a dark web
of lust laced
with delicate ****** fragments.

Standing here looking
Into the blue sky
Reminiscing about my childhood years
Teardrops on my cheeks
I would trade everything
To live it once more
I was the son of a mother
Who was bellow the poverty line
Father was a rolling stone
was nowhere to be found
But
The strangest thing is
I don’t remember being poor
I didn’t know a beans and cornbread
dinner was because we didn’t have money
And that my mom roasted peanuts
in the oven and cinnamon toast
was because we couldn’t afford
more expensive options
I only knew that they were delicious
and that my mom provided
and
was diligent with what she brought home
I remember my mom worked so hard to make things special
She made our birthday cakes and the Christmas
she pinched every penny to buy our toys and clothes
She would bring comfort where
there is hurt and unforeseen pain
She is what others view
as what’s right in this world
She is a breath of fresh air
Being poor didn’t stopped us from enjoying our-youths
Because love kept us
and gratitude
Turned little
into everything
Mother you’re the light of my world. The closest to perfection I’ve experienced in life........ A Mother!
.
Which crimson bud
doth burst forth white,
which lovely flower
doth perfume the night,
flourish and flutter
doth stamen and petal,
the bee upon beauty
doth gently settle.
