There was a girl I know
Who loves the shades of purple
From her shirt to her shoes
She matched them and played them

People say it's awful
To see her all dressed in purple
But I think it's beautiful
For she looked like a sweet candy balloon

Everyday I followed the purple petals
She used as her purple tracks
Until one day I saw her standing
Under the big purple tree

I ran towards the purple girl
And asked her a question,
"Why do you keep on wearing purple?
Little miss purple?"

She looked at the purple sky
And gave her warmest smile
"Because I adore the color
Of your little purple sweater."

Stars
dairy Jan 2016
Every night before I sleep,
I go outside and take a peek.
To the vast night sky, so deep,
To the stars that every night I seek

Stars that look like lanterns in the sky,
Stars that burn with passion and love.
I want to touch them, I want to fly,
Just to see the landscape from above.

But every time I stop and stare at them,
All I can remember is your face and your scent.
For just like the stars, you paint the gloomy world,
With your sweetest voice and your warmest smile.

a warm sheet to comfort
us from the cold
of the room

a sun kissed hair i smell
as we cuddle
through the night

to question what we are
to question where we'll be
you gave my heart a beating
adrenaline rushing

my poor eyesight
made it difficult to see
in the dark
but a foreign image
in my head
made it clear,
a neurotic blueprint

we were anxious
we are doubtful
but the moment we stopped
it all began

an angel in the night
a heaven in hell
now we bind
by the kiss
in the devil's hour

in the vast wasteland
we seek shelter
from the storm

from radioactive shells
we fled
danger, danger, here they come

we were alone
but not lonely
we were anxious yet filled with excitement

our heart beats faster
than the ticking of the geiger counter
as we approach our sanctuary

and there, away from the fallout
we found solace
under the neon stars

as we run away
we drank one last pint
of our carbonated liquor

and we stayed, waiting
as society collapse
as the world crumble

we were calm, we were happy
because we were lost
but we are home

little red days

Her little red days
Remind me of her little pale face
That turns from pink to red
When she gets a little angry and a little mad

Her little red days
Remind me of her cravings
That time she ate our groceries like a monster
Right before we reach the counter

Her little red days
Remind me of her mood swings
When she'll yell at me at noontime
But cuddles me at bedtime

These things and more
Remind me of her little bad ways
Ways that teach me how to love her
Even on her little red days

on the last key of my piano
i drank the last drop of ink
a medley of danse macabre
is all i hear
i moved further
farther
away from the shore
where the piano kept playing
the boat i rode
toward your heart and hand
and i was in confusion
i was lost.
