Daniella Star Feb 2015
Every word you speak is not relevant to meThe lives of Socrates and Plato do not matter to me Yet when your eyes light up,my heart does too
How do I avoid falling inlove with my lecturer like many girls do
Daniella Star Feb 2015
Is it an anamoly that I have still not found the direction I'm supposed to be headed?
Questions that life emposes. Are we really destined to go somewhere greater than where we've been placed?

I needed more than just a kiss on my lips
I wanted you
I needed more than you holding my hand in private
I wanted your heart
I needed more than your poetic words
I wanted the truth
I needed more than those looks you gave me at the back of the class
I wanted us to be official

Let's meet at the coffee shop
Let's laugh away the pain
Let's get high on sugar cubes
Let's have fun with the day
Let's stumble on the edge of the sidewalk
Let's trip over our feet
Let's race with children
Let's find some pizza to eat
Let's walk along the beach
Let's bury each other in sand
Let's wade in the water
Let's dry off in the light
Let's walk home together
Let's go to sleep
Let's meet at the coffee shop
I'll see you next week ^_+
I found this poem very cute. Hope you do too . ^.^ ^^;

epictails
you are an artwork
you are harnessed
by the cosmic greatness
from a sea
of glory, of defeat
of suffering, of enduring
of love, of kindness
of strength, of vulnerability

you are an artwork
paint, create yourself
and be noticed
be seen for the cunning artistry
that you are

I hate to break this
to you, my dear
but you are no bigger
than the dust
on my bathroom floor
and you say you
still care, but I know
you always
wanted her more.*
