Today's another day, of observing thy birth, smile, relax; for today's
Thy celebration.

Today's another day, God show's thee
Thy worth; breathe in easy,
With poetic inspiration.

Today's another day thou hath another chance; be joyous, free;
Love is the answer.

Today's another day, plant hope to other's as seed's, if hurt giveth to those in need; let thy light shine
As a lantern.

Thou hath another hour, second, and day; may happiness walk
With thee today.

Thy- your.
Thee- you.
Thou- also means you.
Hath- have...
Thou hath means - you have
Giveth- give.

Happy birthday dear poet... May your path be love. Light, giving others love and forgiveness as forgiveness and love awaits you poet and friend of mine... Let not darkness or those of darkness overtake you. Your a light. So don't hide it kripi.

She sits upon her throne
With a crown upon her brow
A tangled mess of dead vines and bone
She holds a scepter of rotted bough

Her throne is black as obsidian
The arms are made of skulls
Around her are her subjects
these regretful wails of souls

This is now her kingdom
This place she was delivered
All consuming fear and fire
Where prayers cannot be whispered

Even though she did not want
She will be forever despite her quell
She pleaded and begged all for not
She is now the queen of **Hell

grumpy thumb
She considerately held a smile
and strained to conceal the strain
of politeness,
asking correct questions
with an ear of patience
conveying interest
to spare feelings from being hurt.
Though I held a mask
of being fooled by her falseness
we knew we knew
and yet the charade continued.
I admire her for that.

i'm not broken
sure
i've been through a lot
i've been beaten
and worse
i find it hard to trust
and sometimes
i trust
too much
i remain closed off
and yet open
so
wide
i am vulnerable
scared
an anxious bundle of worries
a truly happy soul
i love
i cry
i make bad choices
i believe in fairy tales
i believe in happy endings
yet i see dragons
in men
and their demons
within
but i see light too
in the hearts
of good men
and often
i cower
from both
i have lived
when i thought
i would die
i suffered
the things words
cannot say
and yet
i am not broken
**** that
the last thing
i will ever be
is broken
When i say dragons in the hearts of men.. i mean mankind.. not men, not at all. :o)

Is maturity a thing,
as we wither old?

Do we really learn our lesson,
and finally do as we are told?

I do not.
I refuse.
I will be smart and taught,
yet gleefully confused.

Never content,
never sold.
Always enthused,
and always boozed.

Life can't be seen as seriously real,
as we are all just playing a living game.

We can pierce our own Achilles heel,
or stand tall to pronounce all you overcame.

Three times so far
This week
I have felt
His thoughts run
Electric
Along my body.

I can't see
His face.

Can't say for certain
What direction
The thoughts travel
From

Just my luck
To feel
And be blind
All at the same time
