In her perfect beauty
framed by a second while meeting her
her will to take her time
my need overwhelming
like a pocket watch ticking slowly
growing louder every second
her lips full of promise
breathing the same air
rhythm beats of her blood pumping
a sight beyond large or small
my mouth needs to wonder through her
she is my air

... to live is to need her

Fire on a cold winter's day
Summer's ocean breeze
Full moon in a clear night sky

Glimpses of heaven on earth

on fine paper,
quality paper,
deserving of thoughtful
care and consideration,
summon courage,
write for one,
even if too many will indifferent read

write for the one,
who will wait for you,
long after closing time
for the need to say
Something
of thanks,
something that cannot go
unsaid

write for the one,
who cannot say
what they needs to say,
and in their stumbling style,
fumbling unsuccessful reach,
says it better than anyone

write for the blind and
sing for the deaf,
be their guide,
be their intimate,
aid them to escape boundaries,
by granting them the saws
to cut loose binding emotions,
share with them your most
intimate courage

"Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion; it is not the expression of personality, but an escape from personality. But, of course, only those who have personality and emotions know what it means to want to escape from these things."

T.S. Eliot (1888 - 1965)

Can't help it— when I
see ink sink into paper,
I think: me on you.

I want to take your hands and pull your body onto mine,
Wrap myself around you,
Sense your pulse quicken, hear you breathing hard,
Let you feel me tremble.

Take a moment to register the connections.
Take a moment...

I press my cheek to yours, and hold it there,
Feel your fingers tangle in my hair.
I kiss your neck, you ******* own...
You'll want to linger, but I slowly bring my lips to yours, and moan
with helpless, inescapable desire.
Tentatively opening your mouth with my tongue,
I flick your own, flick, flick,
The most delicious lick,
Probing deeper, sweeter and sweeter,
Now we are touching, in so many different ways,
I am about to explode just thinking about it...

How I want to kiss you.
How I want to be closer than this.
How I want.
I accidentally deleted the original of this poem, this isn't exactly the same, I can't quite recall the exact words I used before, but I think it's as close as I can get to the first poem and I can't bear to lose it completely.
'Pon this grand Stage we call "Life,"
t'is up to you, and only you,
to be a Character,
or to otherwise sink
into a stagnant state,
being just another Extra.

Which will you choose?
I know I've chosen:
seize what days I have.

You can be banal,
it's easy and unrewarding;
set up for yourself
a mundane Life;
letting each day
pass evermore begrudgingly
as redundant iterations and projections
of your own uninteresting Mind,
or,
you can defy that lull of Life,
you can deviate from the herd
you can be an exquisite piece of Art-
created by the very act of existing,
moderately uncompromisingly,
howsoever that happens to be
that you, alone, desire.

(Anyone seeking so much as to try
to stop, limit or discourage you
is unhealthy for your potential)

Will you find yourself
on the long list
of names so long forgotten,
or will you be
remembered, forevermore,
by thy peers?

Tell me, Self,
I'm curious:
which shall be thy choice:
a Path of a Character,
or that of a mere Extra?

Better still,
because talk is so cheap,
so superfluous:
show me.

Show me.

Show me who you truly are.
I want to be unable to disbelieve.

I refuse to be an Extra
in the story of my own Life.
I refuse to be an Extra
if I have any say in the matter.

Would you?
Do you?
Are you?

Well, show me:
we shall see.

She will lose herself in a book
and find herself in poetry

She thinks that religion is a sacrilege
and that long showers are sacred

She makes love when she's tired
and never tires of making love

She is irreverent in her humor
and pious in her gravity

She is diligent in completing her work
and ambitious of her quest for leisure

She is the personification of romanticism
and the embodiment of compassion

She exists harmoniously in my mind

We set off nice and slow, I was nervous, uncertain.
Don’t get me wrong, I knew what I was doing,
I had ridden before, but nothing like this.

She was so beautiful, the best I’d ever had,
Trembling beneath me I knew she could move.
She responded delightfully to my delicate touch.

With accomplished skill I flicked HER gears,
Feeling her pull a little as we truly got underway.

Negotiating the first deceptive bend,
She gave a little shimmy, a sensitive wiggle,
Forcing a tightening from me, till I gathered her up.

Assuredly taking full control once more.
Hands gripping her firmly, slowly twisting the throttle.
She bucks; growls pleasurably, we are as one.
Revelling in wilful abandonment;
Gliding in unison, so enjoyable.

Cornering sweetly, high exhilaration,
missing NOT a single beat,
Accelerating at speeds-illegal,
Too soon, too soon,
Our destination arrives.

Catching my breath I tease the brakes and relax.
Tension flowing from me; while she: she purrs like a wild cat.
I know we made good time as I gently apply the clutch,
Easing her down through the gears, she gives a little SHuDDER.

I dismount, sighing, smiling, a playful slap, yes,
Acknowledging mutual appreciation,
Already anticipating another ride,
And believe me,

It was a ride.

Seeing You
As she sits at her desk..It was like looking at an artist behind her canvas...so quiet ... Her blue eyes peering at an unpainted picture.. She stared at it for what seemed an eternity...she began to visualize what developed in her minds eye.. YES.... YES..  YES.  Like a storm, thunder and lightning struck.... She stroked her brush ......the intensity in her mind began painting an unseen picture...like poetry in motion.. It's not what she literally sees, but what you feel.. Do you feel my love... It's YOU I see..

for you...  from me

You're going to die
But there's a list of the 30 best cat selfies on buzzfeed
Something is going on in Ukraine, or is it Venezuela?
But it's ok...
Sherlock is back on
And you haven't finished Game of Thrones yet
God is a twisted sadist if he exists at all
But you have some notifications on Facebook
Don't think,
Just pick up the phone and play Flappy Bird
Let the feelies get to those thoughts that creep in

The revolution wasn't televised
It was tweeted
And its auto-tune remix went viral the next day

Love takes many forms,
Often takes us by surprise,
Are we defenceless against this emotion?
For that is all it is, in its entirety,
Chemical impulses sloshing through grey matter,
Forget the heart, the blood pump,
This is only for the ache, the feeling of yearning,
The brain is where it counts, headology.
We are wholly consumed, body, mind, soul,
Lack of appetite, yet, we are devoured inside out,
Gasping on awakening, if lucky enough to sleep,
Denying the truth of it, accepting what cannot be,
We dither, speculate, play scenarios,
Lament, rejoice, laugh, cry, lament again,
Every waking moment inhabited by our affection,
And yet, these feelings that hold us prisoner,
Trap us inside our own souls,
Can vanish faster than a tropical storm,
With no consideration for the wreckage remaining,
No thought for those hurt,
Love has moved on,
Fickle creature, and yet,
We adore its presence,
Hate its leaving,
And like a retreating tide,
Await its return with avid pleasure,
For nothing, nothing,
Can ever compare.

Hatred seeps through vicious eyes,
Love like a dream lost forever,
hearts forgotten together,
an ecstacy of broken sadness,
glitter trembles in minds refracted,
Broken tension forgets itself,
lost in the hands of the weary,
never safe in the caress of sin,
for poetry cannot be formed from chapped lips
your fingers ache as words relapse
breath forgets to fill your lungs
your place is gone here,
life begotten through glass shards
piercing the skin to your bones
small drops of crimson leakage
trickle from the crevices of your body,
the pain is unstable and placid
as they tear your heart out
with their bare hands....
For Those who have loved and lost, for those who have been hurt, and for those who have hurt themselves...
You Are Loved.
