i was fire.
flames licking at my heart
burning me inside out.

i was fire.
heat spreading through my veins
flickering in my soul.

i was fire.
smoke clogging my lungs
extinguished by your ice.
also written in french class, because nothing makes sense no more

He took my heart in his hands
And asked what I would give for its return

I wouldnt live any life without, you , my boy.

I carefully shaped your gentle eyes, and your tiny nose.

I use to lie awake in the night, playing my favorite songs, wondering what kind of human you would grow to be.

It feels as if there were, no life before your little light in my life.

My eyes have changed, small things matter now, my heart is full of small pieces.

I've never known such warmth,

Such love, love, love.

I finally broke down every wall for You

And you picked up every single stone
Just to throw it back at me.........

All my pleasures be to the skies
why, oh, why
do I only love what’s beyond my eyes?

One
clear moment
One
of trance
One
missed step
One
perfect dance
One
missed shot
One
fleeting life
Hearts will stop beating
But love will never die
Thank You my dear friends for all the love and your support , I am all gratitude... I’ll be back soon..... stay blessed!

I know a man
who wakes up
every morning, goes out of
his way to preach love to others
and at the end of the night , he has
no one to hold , no one to love him

I know a man
Who goes out of his way
to preach peace to every child
in the neighborhood and at
the end of the night , he Cannot
find peace within himself
He lives in darkness

I know a man
who goes out of his way
to feed the beautiful birds
at his favorite park, and at the end
of the night he has nothing to eat
he goes to bed hungry

I know a man
who goes out of his way
to give his all to everyone
and at the end of the night
all he owns is the clothes
on his back

I know a man
Who served his country
Fought for freedom
For civil rights
So all of us can sleep well
At night , and at
the end of night
He has no home to go to
He sleeps on a bench
at his favorite park

I know a man
who goes out his way
to do everything right
even when nothing is
going right in his own life

I know that  man
and I can only pray
that one day I can be
half of the man that he is

Who
saves the savers ?
Who
gives the givers ?
Who
heals the healers ?
Who
loves the Lover’s ?
Where
do you put your hurts
when your hands are full ?

TIME TO SAVE THE WORLD!
Allen this one is for you my friend. And brothers and sisters let us please remember what Thanksgiving is truly about... it’s about love , it’s about sharing, it’s about giving a helping hand to the less fortunates , it’s about recognizing the richest blessings , the beauty around us, and water each other. As the temperatures dropping if you cannot provide someone with shelter maybe there’s an extra old comforter somewhere deep in the closet someone like Allen can put to good use. Thank you for reading and may God bless you all and your family doing the holiday seasons and always!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

If
You ever
Feel resistant
Soften
and
surrender
*
Darling
If
There’s one thing
That needs to flow
Like wedding dress
Flow down  the aisle

IT’S LOVE

She
refuses
To reside
Inside
anyone’s
Solace
Especially
her own
She’s a
rare rose
With
the thorns
Still attached
She walks
a fine line
Somewhere
Along the line
Between pain
And fine wine
She always
found the time
And
Courage
To shine
You, yes You.... you have the strength of ten men , although not always easy ..... You keep standing for the win... You’re indeed a rare rose,  at times..... unaware!

like water
I poured myself into her until she was overflowing at the brim

like reinforced steel
I bridged my heart to hers and welded myself to her soul

like the sun
I filled myself with light to cover her darkness

like a blanket
I shielded her from the harsh world underneath the covers

like magnets
I orbited her aura until we inevitably collided

like a seed
I felt myself growing up from her

Then, like an idiot
I could tell she felt nothing.
