My love is the seventh sense;
Before which there is no meaning.
My love is birth and death at once;
Would not die after dreaming.

My love is the light that dances on waves;
That spins the oceans, and foams its enclaves.
My love is the rushing of flocks on wing;
The voice in the heart of the forest that sings.

My love is the seventh sense;
Before which there is no meaning.
My love is the sky and whine of ocean;
She will not die after dreaming.

My love is the silence of a windless day;
Spring snows on top of the bare mountain.
She is the babble from the brooks;
And the air that steeps in secret fountains.

A parents job is always tough there are no guarantees

There Are No Guarantees

Sometimes no matter what we do
It is still there life to lead
Outcomes for the choices made
Cannot be guaranteed

Experience may just speak the truth
Still sometimes they will not hear
You hope one day they'll understand
And know that you've been there

Sometimes it matters what you say
Your actions play a part
The outcomes for a life well lived
You hope they take to heart

You need to see they understand
The true love you feel inside
Learn life lessons without regret
So they need never hide

Still sometimes no matter what we do
It is still their life to lead
A parents job is always tough
There are no guarantees

The sky, is a wide blue eye,
the sea, a huge drop of tear-
rolled down from it.
You and I, now two parts of the whole,
are clad in transience,
be aware.
We watch this cosmic maiden's
many moods and cherubic sleep
till she wakes up, when our dream
would dissolve, in to a long, long sleep.
Edited      Just imagine the cosmic time scale

When the night falls
I falter to the what ifs
and drift into our old familiar seas
Like in a dream
One in which I wish I wouldn't wake
and hope to shake for it's breaking me
I carry the weight of every embrace
Now left to waste in the empty space left in my heart
Where you've made your mark
Before our depart
Carving your name
With such a beautiful art
You are my star so far
I beg my mind to stop envisioning you
I implore it to but it wont
and I don't know how to deal with this dread
That lays beside me each night in bed
I couldn't stop the tears while writing this one...he's the one that got away.

Girl---unwanted
freeing, salty
tears i cry
taste like the ocean
haunting

when will i be set free

the ocean
contains my tears
salty, bitter, cold
haunting me

set me free

Thoughts changes with reasons,
As do nature with seasons.

Summer heats with warming thoughts of hope.
Leading to Springs of fruitful ideas.

Only to have goals set to Fall as reality changes with the leaves.
Then dreams slowly withers away with the Winter's breeze.

Adding wisdoms to each passing year.
Making failure nothing to fear.

For failure teaches success,
So it doesn't matter how things end or begins...
Every cycle has its ups and downs, it's important so that we can appreciate the good. If everything in life is good we would have never known what's good.

The river flows,
The creek stinks;
Both are canals,
But a creek is much narrow.
And the river and the sea,
are connected,
The creek?
Most of the time it really,
really stinks.

Girl---unwanted
I am like the leaves on the ground;
the bones in the grave,
Dead
As I sit as motionlessly
as a tall brown oak,
Eyes dark,
stormy weather,
Lighting strikes,
thunder booms,
A tear falls
I am alive again.
I entered this poem in a contest awhile back. And I just found out that it will be published in a poetry book! My mother is not appreciative of my work. She doesnt understand the meaning of this. It hurts me. She hurts me, I hope that anyone who reads this can relate, or at least understand

When we feel sorrow,
When we've gone through unbearable pains,
When we're already on the verge of giving up,
When our hope was lost,
Always try to remember
The very reason why we struggled;
Our purpose and our dreams;
That would give us the strength
We need to carry on and still pursue.
These challenges and hardships will soon pass;
We must not see them as hindrances
But rather tools to make us stronger
And to bring the best out of us.
Always look at the positive side of things and always hope for the best :)
Challenges are set before us to make a better person out of us and not to break us. ^_^

You are song,
Rain dropping on still pond.
You are sky,
I see Heaven in your eyes.
Your are peace,
A garden above the world.
Your are grace,
The gentle path of the swan.
You are knowing,
The wind that whispers alone.
You are star shine,
The dust that lights the plains.
You are vast ocean,
Mother to the Fathering atmosphere.
You are dancing light  .  .  .

It starts with a fiery passion,
That burns sweet like incense's ashes,
And releases a fragrance of...
Summer Love.

Then you notice with her missing you began to see colors falling,
And your departure from reality becomes...
Autumn Leaves.

Each passing day your limbs weaken,
You've become cold and lonely,
Longing for the warmth of her essence,
Now you're freezing like the...
Winter Breeze.

Then just as soon as she returns,
Your soul blossoms and renew,
A unrequited love relit,
Like a blaze...
You Spring onto.

Second Chances

If I were given a second chance
I Know what I would do
I'd take that chance and use it
To fall in love with you

I would somehow show you how I feel
And let you see inside
Not leave my feelings bottled up
My love I would not hide

I would give to you all I have
And allow for something new
Create that special moment
Known only by a few

If  I were given a second chance
I know what I will do
I would take that chance and use it
To fall in love with you

Fire

Unwavering love,
Like a flame on a candle,
Needs to be relit.
I ended it with fire because relit is a good way to start over again; which I hope will start the cycle of rereading the poems again.
