Insomnia

Lead dripping from
empty sockets,
a clock hissed in serpent hours,
it's venom oozing from the crystal walls

it's 4 a.m. you insomnia lunatic.

I'm too busy admiring,
how the man in the moon slithered through
these blinds on my soul-swept window.

That night I was a canvas,
as the moonlight stripped my arm raw of shale,
and tinted my skin with

silvertongue.

And when he was finished,
tiger stripes tattooed my thinning vessel.

Your long journey  is at the end
Not gone
Never far from my mind
Memories flooding
From misty past
Lovers and loves
First and last
Living and dead
All facing me.
You
holding my little hand
Through fears and tears
And happiness
All in the same frame.

You have believed in me and mine
And gave me strength
With your parting line:
Be good.  Be best !

Thank you dad
For all your love and faith
Your acceptance
You have done all you could
Your soul now released.
I love you !

Rest in peace.
Today is my father's funeral.

Dad
Dad.
I want to tell you how much I love you,
So here is my way to express,
how much I appreciate you,
I will do my best.

I know it may sometimes seem like I forget you're there,
Or like sometimes you are just talking to air,
Or that you haven't influenced my life whatsoever,
But Dad that will never be true, NEVER.

You will never leave my heart,
You will never leave my head,
You will always be a part of me,
Even after You're dead,

You won't leave me alone now,
You've never left me alone before,
It's the reason I'm the man I am today,
So I hope to hear from you even more,

I don't mean to take you for granted,
I don't mean to ignore your calls,
I'm sorry if it seems that way,
That's not what I want at all,

I love you so much dad,
I hope that you're with me forever,
I want you there at my worst,
and I want you there at my better,

I'm one of your children,
and we all love you so much,
I hope one day we can take care of you
Just as you have taken care of us.

I love you dad.        Marky

Dear Dad,

It's your special day,
Be whatever you like to be.
Celebrate this moment,
Which comes once in a year.

Let this day be sweet,
Full of happiness, enjoyment and joy.
Let this day be special to all of us.

Happy returns of the day!

The sky is burst with colors
Showing the vortex of heaven

The sunflowers are dead
Before she showed you how to catch

The meadows look divine
When the wind brushes the tip of peonies

Your face is wrinkles
From your never ending war with your madness

The church is only a place where you speak your grace
Before you gave it the meaning of your painting

I think your beautiful mind can never be defined
For people will never see who we really are

It ought to be lovely to be old
to be full of the peace that comes of experience
and wrinkled ripe fulfilment.

The wrinkled smile of completeness that follows a life
lived undaunted and unsoured with accepted lies
they would ripen like apples, and be scented like pippins
in their old age.

Soothing, old people should be, like apples
when one is tired of love.
Fragrant like yellowing leaves, and dim with the soft
stillness and satisfaction of autumn.

And a girl should say:
It must be wonderful to live and grow old.
Look at my mother, how rich and still she is! -

And a young man should think: By Jove
my father has faced all weathers, but it's been a life!
