burn brightly  depth  invites you into
a place you are entranced frightened enough
to visit and not stay

a staircase to a soul of wondrous
things or torments await, you don't know
what might be there

warmest  with the fire
inside them  pools so calm
cold you might freeze
and never escape

eyes
the macabre windows
we dare to
look into

share the genius'
of
the depth
the green vast

unknown for a second
I do not miss those that are alive
for the opportunity is still present
to be within each others presence.
Where as those that have passed
are left to live in the past.
They have lost their place in this world,
while those that are alive
still strive to see another day.
I feel it is my duty,
my life long perpetuity
as the loved and the beloved
to assure those at rest live on.

my love when it began to spin to self
gratifying, slap me twice on each cheek
bring my libido back to check
my ego not needing the attention

the hurt gone, just a lonely spot
bleeding, once in my chest
where once I had a
heart not broken

to where in reach of my
callousness once I felt everything
I need your strength
your understanding

your lips to
say you will be there
for me
unconditionally.

She was wild like skinny dipping at midnight, stars watching overhead and falling in love with moonlight. The way it lay upon her skin made the ocean envious of her depths within and sometimes between us. She was my sister, not in blood but in orbit. A Venus to my Earth, forged from the same collapsing star and if the universe was in fact to be infinite then this moment would happen again, and again, and again an immeasurable number of times. I found comfort in this thought, knowing though our existence was meaningless, it was still full of feeling, and this feeling, right now, it insisted on existing forever.

just as if you were alive
I get at times just like in real life inspired by
immortal words strung like pearls on your pages
just like life get ashamed at how your
vision your virginal good intent gets *****
torn apart by those who feel the need to fight
you just don't have the choice but to
reflect real life.

And she lost
The light in her eyes
That they once knew
But she was the only one
Who realized
Soon, she'd go out too..
I remember walking all around the city
Flashing lights and bustling cars
All the people kept staring, looking at you
You smiled and looked back at your heart

It was breaking, cracks appearing
You were crying, we were saving
Couldn't mend it, coz he broke it
Glad you ended it, he wasn't worth it

I remember pink clouds of candy floss
Long walks on the beach
Fun days and endless crazy days

Was it when you laughed?
That I found peace
Was it in your hand
That I was beaten
Everybody still tells you what to do
Nobody gives you a chance to think of you

Was this how life had to be?
You moved away, further from me
Was it when you stood him up
That you fight back harder  these days

Remember the mornings, making toast
Remember the feelings, of letting go
Remember your heart when you said no
Remember that time almost lost

Was it when you laughed
That he came back
Left you hanging for a while
After two days of love
He never told you what
He was supposed to

And you made your own
Sister talk with him
And you two went out
And then you left him

You barely talk at all, maybe with your friends
But they are not around, they never were with you till the end
And we can run around, like the kids we used to be
And they can TAUNT us now, but we don't see

Was it when you were laughing
That you let go so hard
Was it when I was crying
That you had to leave
Why did you go through with everything
You could've just let me know

And in the memories, in the evening
When the sun sets, you're still breathing
Letting go of, all that you love
Let this end now, it's time to go now
Something that made me wonder of life... A little confused, made up. I realised something: don't live to please, coz you'll die trying...
You let me down, you broke my crown
So I'll fly away until the angels come calling.
You've shown me how, the difference now
So I'll sail away til the light house calls me in.
All mistakes made, and words along the way.
Keep me rooted in our betrayal.
My thoughts are gone, lost in an ancient song
Hoping it will call me home again.
To your arms,
To the days we had before.
Where all we had in front of us was nothing to hold us down.
To your eyes
And the way they made me feel.
Where no one else existed, no one else was real.

Shadows dance, across the empty room, where our dreams once lived so strong.
Moonlight shows, the darker side of our beaten souls.
Nothing can hide, the scars we've endured, no one can replace, the hardness in our hearts.
Moving on seems easy, until you try it on for size.
My mind wants to forget you, my heart still refuse.
Seems my soul is the last thing to loose.
