Roads don’t lead
To every place
On this planet
But the lure
Of the beauty
Of these haven
Is too much
To resist
The eyes have
Captured the serenity
And the heart
Yearns to reach there
Oblivious of the
Obstacles and barriers
Ready to carve
A road through
The rubble
Or even mountains
Scaling heights
Traveling length and breadth
Lonely feet
Will take the first steps
Towards the destination
Leaving behind
To embrace the unknown
Bravehearts will reach
No matter how
Creating roads
When there are none
~~~
it
visits
when the
moon is full
hanging
from
my ceiling
like a malevolent
cloud
tears from an acrid
rainfall of agony
fall on my forhead
one
by
one
i don't know
what it means
much less what
it wants
at first i thought
that I was dreaming
i ignored the apparition
but when i woke up my
pillows would be
soaking wet
fear became
lodged in my heart
i never slept
in that room
again
~~~
This is based on a true story.
We lived in a huge
House that had been a
TB sanitarium
For the Papago Indians
Back around the turn
Of the century

There was a graveyard
In our back yard.

When we left we rented
The place out
Our tenants left after
One month never to return

They swore the place was
HAUNTED
My heart
Has no love
You cant destroy what was never there

Your heart
Has love
You make me laugh
You make me sick
Love is nothing but a camouflage of what resembles ragging in

My smile was taken long ago
I am to dark to care
I thought I'd tell you
My heart is a mist of darkness
Just incase you didn't know

You'll always forget me
But
Even with a dark heart
Even with no love
I'll always beg
Beg for you to
forget me not

I cannot love you
For I have no love
So please pack your bags and leave
But don't let me know
I'll sip my alcohol and slit my throat
You & I,
are a lullaby

We're the deafening *silence

just after the crash
we are moments of happiness
that never last

We're a riddle
that has no answer
we are both the cure
and the cancer

We've read this book
a thousand times, and in our hearts
we both know this fairytale
can never have a happy ending
I wish it did.....
