I know that this journey is treacherous
And we might lose our way
But remember
All the pain
All the suffering
That we endured

Our home is now long gone at this point
No reason to shed tears
So remember
All the prayers
All the blessings
Bestowed on us

The road ahead holds many blockades
But we will still march onwards
Just remember
All the promises
All the dreams
That we carry

Even if our bodies are broken down
We will fix each other
Please Remember
All the strength
All the wisdom
That we have crafted

The road underneath is mysterious
Filled with unthinkable questions
But I remember
All the truth
All the words
That you are here in my heart

As my skin falls apart
Softness reveals the truth
Sticky bleeding wound

If I tie myself up would you feel the stitches
My flawless skin now permanently blemished

Please don't falter
Tell me I am still soft
Please lie to me
I want to feel the same
I don't want to feel the weight
Of myself becoming nothing

Inside I am pink and delicate
I don't want to fall apart

Skin
Deep

Don't touch me friend
I am too afraid I'll bleed
I am just too fragile
Like shattered glass
End up hurting myself instead

Death by Thoughts

Take my heart off fire and dwell in insanity
Tying my throat tight with a noose
Sensation of burning is what I like
Keep my eyes open to see your life
Feeling your emotion as they run rapid
Identity created by changed all the same
Meaning escapes me as I lose my mind

Night train into midnight
Shadows dance across my face
The stoplight casting pain
Head resting against the window pane

Seasons change, shouting its the same
People play with their dreams
Red and weep over vivid illusions
Wanting to get off board this train ride
