-

the hands–
they still move

when i was too little
to know what it was,

i slobbered all over it
and knocked it over

daddy would just
wipe it off

check the time

and put it back on
the night stand

they still move...

A three-ring circus,
No animals/acrobats,
Just pathetic clowns.
I still look back on iso'
as the ghost of
Greta Garbo
saying,
'I want to be alone'

Silence

Dylan
Silence lain in the shallows,
perched on the stillness of sea.
This moment of calm adorns you
nestled in your ponderous canopy.

While time lay fragmented
in motionless play,
it's a simple beauty
sketched upon the bay.

Your music of emptiness,
constantly everpresent,
shall wait silently broken
where waves come to crash.

Solitude paints your mind
lauding the soundless grace.
Slivers of peace entwine you
within the ocean lace.

She Comes.

By way of storm.

the waters winding
in a fury of death.

And She. is painting
the sky

Black.

For now.
You have been warned take heed everybody...reduce your carbon footprint as much as you can.

I only have 5 minutes
To spare this poetry
Here it goes:

5.
I do not wish to be seen
Said the old man in me
So leave me alone
Cause I don't want to be

4.
For I've been running away
This is what I hate
And I envy everyone else
Who are not in the same fate.

3.
What have I become?
Where will I go?
The questions are left unanswered
And I've searched high and low.

2.
To be strong once more
In my world full of doubt
To be strong while I lose
In my latest bout.

1.
I wish I had more time
Just like before
I only have 5 minutes
And I wish I had more.

I'm lonely as a
dancing ghost in
empty Halls,
waltzing through
memories of a
Banquet set for
many, yet no one arrived.

I long for
her on winter nights
when Christmas is a lie.

From the ashes
I touched the Moon
One night in June
And gave it to a bug.
He carried it home
All alone
And put it on his rug.
True story
 Mar 2023 Puck
Sometimes Starr
here they come
like a phantom leak
as if they could be wrong.

two slender fangs of love
behaved, and wielding truth

wipe clean the ****** slate
drag the curtain 'cross the sky
turn my vision black and say,
"i have loved you
for too long."

i would call you savior
if that was what you were,
but my savior watches on
keeping dominion over you.
