silvers forgiving silver bite

the hardest days i remember me falling to my knees.
my head would ache from staining my pillow with tears
and mind felt so heavy that i couldn't speak.
i kept my eyes closed,
still feeling the weight of the world on my chest.
with my eyes closed,
all the pain mixed together,
one thing didn't feel more painful than the other.
but that day ended and passed and i can only recall it in my memories.

he said he loved you,
once.
he needed you,
