When you're truly tired of it
And you cannot stand it anymore

That is when you learn to quit
To stay away

And afterwards
You learn to live with the person who's left over
The January Lasts

Gloomy days are behind us,
The longest nights of fright,
Sweaty inbetweens,
And uncertain mornings;

Today the sun shine,
On her angelic smile,
Ran around on pretty feet,
And gave the warmest embraces.
My two years old daughter fell ill when she began growing new molars. The period, for me, was end-to-end worry, my wife was stronger.

Then she turned the corner and being the bravest two-year-old ever, she did so with vigour and so much Joi de vivre!

Turn off the sun and moon, to view your form
As purest as the light that then just dimmed
Celestial orbs do blind your eyes perform
To witness that within, your gaze has skimmed.
To know yourself is knowledge that your love
Has worth to give, and worth to render men
And needs no light to gift you from above
But take these words and practice that I pen.
If then you seek that manly half you've missed
Let know that I am fond of that you've found
As to my own have yours with light so kissed
For while in darkness, I to you were bound.

Relight them when your mind, minds - not their show
And find me there in wait, with inner glow.

Ebony
silhouettes
inked
by a dying sun,
portray
lovers embraced
in
the synergy of one.

Inseparable
dreams
slowly
morph into one …
subservient
to the
whims
of the compliant
heart’s
drum.

And
azure pools reflect
a
tie-dyed denim sky,
as
enchanted dreamers
seal
their love with a kiss nearby.

Twinkling
stars confetti
the
emptiness of space.
And
as darkness descends,
shadows
swallow all of the light’s trace.

Reality
pauses …
as
time seems to stand so still
to
the depths of their very souls,
motionless
they swim.

Give Me My Space

Give me a minute
To read the stars
Lamenting in their stories
Their laboured twinkling far and sparse

Give me this moment
To stumble and swoon
My branches reaching for
The faraway moon

Give me a while
To be one with the universe
Hear the colliding planets
As they spill their mournful verse

Give me some time
To plot my rightful place
Within my uncharted galaxy
And collapsing space...
