Standing in
Your shadow
Not able to see
Or feel
The light
Source...
Sometimes
It's not so easy
To just
Move
Shelter Protect Shade... Conceal
Edmund black Dec 2023
I write to paint a picture
of my dream today
Just in case my dreams
Doesn’t exist tomorrow.
Every letter
Is a piece of my spirit.
Every word
Is a prayer to be
Without escaping
From myself
While escaping
Within myself
And
The road that follows,
Is bliss
Sometimes I wonder if we are living a dream. If the life we’re living is actually real or if we are asleep believing that the dream is life.
Perhaps that explains why some do not want to wake today
1000 poems
Good place to be
1000 and that's
all to see

Best wishes
to all ,

Goodbye . . .

Carlo C Gomez
windowless day,
particles of strange salt on his brow,
generator man
on the coil,
double-sided,
a love for radioactive honey:
a storm in a teacup...

but for some reason
could not reciprocate
due to the metallic taste in his mouth,
and so he seemed driven
to build his electrical dream,
and took comfort from his pigeons,
the “lightning machine,”
the hair on his head bristled
as he discovered his purpose
in rings of glory that died
as flags of dust...
Fallout from nuclear bomb tests in the 1950s and '60s is still showing up in U.S. honey, according to a study in 2021. Although the levels of radioactivity aren't dangerous, they may have been much higher in the 1970s and '80s, researchers say.

Mrs Timetable
I soaked my heart
In the colors
Of your love
And everything
Came out clear
Edmund black Dec 2023
I’m so in love with your words
Perhaps with your smile
Or is it your eyes
I get lost into?
And
You don’t
Even know
My name.
