Spring
Tim Mar 2021
Spring has sprung,
its breath on my cheeks,
the birds have sung,
fragrant smell on the streets.

In its early mornings,
mellow sunrise awakes,
birds sing their sonnets,
and my heart starts to race.

Towards the radiant sun,
towards the infinite sky,
where it once had begun,
where it found its life.

I have fallen in love,
yet again, yet with spring,
and it’s never enough
of the heart that can sing.

The spirited man
Tim Mar 2021
The spirited man knows
when to end the journey
and when to persevere
until the very end.

He knows the difference
of all that’s blurred
and masked by
great deceptions
of this world.

The spirited man finds
what he seeks,
but what is found
is never the goal.

The spirited man loves
without division,
he knows that to love
is to be truly alive.

The spirited man asks questions
that have no answers,
he believes in nothing,
but his faith is unwavering.

He knows that to truly live life
is to share its precious moments
with those dear to his heart.

The spirited man knows
that to be spirited is
to be different,
and therefore be destined
to walk his path alone.

You weave through my dreams
Tim Dec 2020
You weave
through my dreams,
like stars
through the infinite sky,
in the dark, beaming,
and I feel your light
all through the night,
by the morning
your presence is dimming.
And I am falling
into the darkness
just to wake up
and never remember you,
so is the dream.
And in the waking hours,
there is nothing to find,
there is nothing to lose,
so I fall asleep
to find you,
and the painful truth.

if there is

my longing
for you,
it’s memories
of you

traces of love

there
would be
days
when i would
remember you
for brief moments,
and in those
fleeting moments
i would find
traces of

they search

how I remember you

More than enough
Tim Jan 2020
I looked around
but you weren’t here,
I am feeling empty
without your love,
when you are by my side
I have nothing to fear,
when you are with me
it’s more than enough.

Fall in love
Tim Jan 2020
Fall in love
like stars fall
into the abyss,
so totally
that there is
nothing left of you,
not even a trace.
And then be patient,
when it’s time,
when season comes,
in love
you will blossom,
in love
you will spread
your roots,
and then one day,
love will be
the only season
of your life,
love will be
the only way.
Tim Jan 2020
We are strangers
to each other.
Like two leaves
falling to the ground,
like two snowflakes
dancing in the wind,
like two stars
fading into dawn,
alone and free,
with untold stories
of our own.

It was you...
Tim Jan 2020
It was you,
it always was,
until I lost you.
I was by your side,
but so far away,
wandering.
I was asleep,
when you blossomed
in your waking hours.
And when I woke up,
you were gone,
like you never existed,
like a dream
faded
in the morning wind.

Your eyes are a mirror
Tim Dec 2019
Your eyes are a mirror,
in them I was lost.
All I ever sought was you,
but the reflection I saw
was me I never knew.
Tim Dec 2019
You are a flower,
that soon will bloom,
like an orchid in spring,
like a daisy in summer,
escaping the gloom.
By your fragrance,
untouched and pure,
unknown to my heart,
at the coming of dawn,
I will be allured.

We are bound

we are bound,

By your side in silence
Tim Dec 2019
I found you alone,
in silence,
in an empty room,
lonely, in pain,
trying to be strong.
Sitting by a window,
waiting for the sunrise,
with tearful eyes,
trying to let go.
The stars are dimming,
the sky is crying,
feeling your pain,
trembling.
I am sitting with you,
the silence is growing,
my eyes behold you,
they are glowing,
but barely coping,
not to cry.
I want to say,
but to my dismay,
the silence is stronger,
as the night feels longer,
it can heal your pain.
An empty dark room,
pierced with the moonlight,
with the sound of the night,
whispers to your heart,
but I remain silent,
beholding your pain,
still by your side.
There is always a time in life when we inevitably go through pain, and it's up to us what we learn on that journey...

Midnight Rendezvous
Tim Dec 2019
The winters’ breath is in the air,
I close my eyes to feel it through,
this feeling has become so rare,
these fleeting moments are so few.

And in the waiting game I am losing,
to a greater force of coming days,
the winters’ breath can be so soothing,
and can be gone without a trace.

But I shall keep pursuing further,
until my eyes can see the truth,
until the spring will bloom with roses,
until my soul will reach its roots.

And when I find snowy peaks,
surrounded by mighty rocks,
in quietude my heart will speak,
a quiet melody of words.

And I shall sit under the sky,
and lie in wait of all that’s new,
embraced by a cold and starry night,
to see my soul being born anew.

I will not doubt for a moment,
all that is meant to be and true,
to follow stars that once had fallen,
to spark a midnight rendezvous.
All that is meant to be will happen, but in the waiting lies the struggle.
