It is a strange thing, Fate
Humans cannot comprehend it.
Freydis Jan 2017
There was once a girl
With a sister so bright
She dulled in comparsion
And that sister
one day, died in a fire, a fire so great that it could **** even her
from that day on, the girl inked herself with sorrow
And then she met a boy, Diamond,
with half a face like his name,
and the other, scars of the fire
They bonded, although he wouldn't speak
she knew he was searching for his family too
So the time came when he had to leave and leave he did
but he had renewed her hope
that she could be something better
and the tattoos on her arms began to turn
green
as life was before
and she opened a book filled with blank pages,
And she simply wrote
*a poem

It was dawn,
A bright orange glow surrounding the sky
A time of love and joy
The birds were awake, but humans not
To go on ruining the planet
A time of peace
On one of the plants, there was
A tiny creature
The size of an ant
But she was not an ant, for she
was a fairy
Looking at the sky, hoping
For time to simply
*stop
This had no meaning at all

You came into my life,
Like a shooting star
Across the night sky
I never needed you,
but I wanted you
like a child wants a candy
like a man wants money
I wanted you for my selfish desires

Maybe it was the stars above us, or the wind in our face,
The grass under us, or the light from the guard's flashlight moving in a slow pace,
The color of the moon in your gaze, that held me trapped, like I was in a maze.
Perhaps, you knew that this would happen, that there was no possible way for us to be free.
The sound of a gunshot ringing in my ear -was it two that I heard?-
Your eyes, no longer filled with light, but with agony and dread, (what I would have gave for it to not be so.)
But maybe this was better, for the dark red stain blooming on both of us, would surely take us to a better place.
*So I kept my eyes open for as long as I could, and stared at your face, while our lives ebbed away...
I don't even know xD

In the rain,
the pouring rain,
where the sun won't shine,
even if you hate me,
I'll wait for you.
Freydis May 2016
In the night sky,
stars twinkling,
stars shining,
moon smiling,
sun sleeping,
a mystical place.
I made this poem when I was younger, maybe 3 years ago. The last sentence was different, but I can't remember it.
