We should want better for ourselves
Yet we settle for the worse
All we ever see is bad
Like we're living in a curse
Im just saying how can our future be better

Especially when my friends use tried to hook me up
Them girls looked at me and laughed hard I ll admit I felt ashamed then
But now I don't care

To the people who are getting bullied

Just look pass these hateful people

We shouldn't let words effect how we live
Cause at the end we'll only be giving the enemy what they want gived

How does a woman so faithful
End up with men thats so un-greatful
How does a person so different
Be judged by people who are not
Why doesn't anyone love you
Because you show so much hate
These are lifes quetions i know we all can relate

Why do the guys go for mainly *****
Because a guy would do anything to catch a nut
Why are our ladies always in pain
Because those kind of guys can drive a women insane
He who speaks to those
Is not only a person to come to for help
He comes to those we need a friend
Or someone to trust
And he stands to do so until he s turned to dust

you know it takes alot to do what we all do
putting your heart into the things we write and post
To be honest with you all i never knew i would pick up the talent to write poems and i know some of you do as well
i remember reading those older poems by Langston Hughes Tupac Shakur and others
It inspired me to write poems of my own
I remember my 9th grade year in school
thats was the moment i wrote my first poem called Gentleman, then after that was my moment i wrote then i wrote
I remember my whole class wanted me to write poems for them in my english class
from that moment i knew i had something special whn it came to poetry
but all together we all share a common trait
I bet if everyone in hellopoetry was to just meet up one day
we'll probally change the world
not only by what we say and speak
what i love the most about hellopoetry is everyone
writes poems like there stories
we dont treat this as a competition well at least i hope we dont

cause mostly for ladies
cause a guy will tell you anything to get what we he wants
we all know what that is
but even for guys we know girls have a way to get what they want to
all it takes is some suductivity and a simple dance on you
then in a snap your virginity is all away

some people hate being ******'s
cause most guys say they do it like **** stars
and last longer than batteries

even though our un-****** friends gone make you feel sad

i know this cause it happens to me daily

did i really fall in love with a girl who was my ex

i don't know what if she cheated
or told me a lie
No I wont cry
even though It'll show I did try

why use this term
because the word is a term we can learn from
just enough of anything makes a nothing non-exist

OH MY SKIN SUCH DARKNESS LIKE CHOCOLATES AND CANDY
MY FLOW WHICH RUNS AS SMOOTH AS WATERFALLS
MY LOYALTY IS KNOWN AS ONE THE BEST
FROM THE FRIENDS I STILL HAVE TODAY
AND FOR NEW ONES THAT WILL COME NEXT

Look im feeling a feeling i've never felt
Seeing beauty i've never pictured in mind
Your like the heat that makes my ice melt
You've even turned a cold heart to kind
Mystery woman i dont know Who you are
But love is now something i've been taught and shouldn't miss
I'd wish upon you if i seen a shooting star
Your more special than a first kiss
If your heart were a prison or jail
I'd lock myself in you forever
I wouldn't even have to bail
Because the two of us will be together
Oh mystery woman so cool and grace
Has showed me something i cant replace

When i think of a women like you
I start to wonder why im single
Its just when i see the good you do
It gives my heart a tingle
Your like a angel that God has sommoned
And im the man dying for your soul
We even have alot in common
So having you is like a long-time goal
Or a risk im willing to take
I ll be lucky and more likely blessed if i achieve
I feel this will be the hardest choice you ll make

I know I made you mad the other night
I was mad about my life
But now I feel alright
I know at times it seems bad
But now im glad
Because nobody has had hatters like I had

Wish i could be doing fine
but its hard when you got so much stuff on your mind
it's bad enough daily i see the pain in my mama
plus the other stuff that effects only brings more drama

there's been so many nights i'd sit here and wanna die
despite of all the tears that fell out of my eye
daily i gotta hear more insults these people have said
and people wonder why there so many bad thoughts in my head

it seems like when people can't find nobody to judge
they look for me
it doesn't matter what i say or do
cause the people who do it are in my family to

on top of that i'm still stuck on a girl i'm in love with
though she doesn't me back
i'm so busy being stuck on her i **** there lost control of myself
and it isn't right
but what would you do if you slept an every lonely night

i must admit words from others have brought my confidence low
it ain't rising no time soon
Like snails and turtles i feel i'm moving to slow
because my heart has craters like the ones in moons

I use to wish i was that guy that girls would chase
But when girls see me i'm a guy they erase
But when i look at my friends brothers and cousins
them girls be on them in dozens

so now when i see a girls comes my way
those old days
will interview now i don't know what to say
because i feel she gone do what them other girls did
and it's not okay

one day i'll rise over all these people who have ran over me
for being nice
for every girl who took advantage of me for treating them right
and when when that day finally comes i'll have a brighter and better mind
and that's when i finally be doing just fine

i dont understand how when certain people put there all in there poems nobody shows love
it's like there doing it for nothing
come on people
everyone should be like the poets who have over 100 likes 100 followers and over 10,000 views
we all do the same thing
we all have that same deep passion in poetry like others
sometimes i feel poetry is like school
you only get likes from some your followers
just like you only be cool with some in school
but here's the point let us all just take the time to read someones poem and give them a like
even to the new people we have come into the hellopoetry world

When hope is given up
when rain has fallen down
when you've lost all luck
just find another way around

when nightmares occur
when things go bad
just pray among evil

do post so many poems
I guess That's all I do as I sit here alone
I write not only to make myself happy
But to encourage those who are around me
Who are going through things
