"silence is the loudest scream"

now I'm screaming at the top of my lungs
and still you won't hear me.

Jealousy

Fudz Lana
How do you handle the jealousy?
The hurt within the truth.
Lies the lips has used to utter,
"I don't mind."
I do, in fact,
I do too much.

A weird melody,
an empty tune,
Struck twice and no more,
Heard as the wind blows,
Bled hearts through and through.

On the porch I lie,
Let the water runs,
and when my skin dries,
I'll go on.

Crushed

I watch you cower
on your bed
with your hands
clutching the mattress
And I could see
the droplets
start pouring out

it's raining so badly
in your heart
isn't it?

The people are crying
of joy
and they celebrate
but you
you're dying
in your own room
screaming in the silence
of your thoughts

they broke you
didn't they?

I am watching
and my dear soul
is crumbling away
with yours.

what triggers this pain?
Is it the look that you gave me,
or the words from your mouth,
Is it the meaning behind it,
or what I understand?

It has been years
of hiding behind the doors
seeking the truth.
beneath your burst of anger
and your insidious laughter
Do you really meant those phrases?

Stuck inside my mind
playing automatically in silent nights
Is it really just me
that remember
the moments of intense yelling
and fearful gestures?

Do you ever consider
how much it affects
my lonely breaking heart?
Written when I was 17.  Not the best of my work.

I'm hopelessly intoxicated
by the idea of
someone pulling me up
or for the sea to dry

Don't leave me up to my fate
oh Darkness
send an army to grab me up
save me save me save me
because I can't save myself.
One of my old (not so good) poem.

scars (ii)

i thought you were different
when you didn’t leave any scars

but instead,
you opened up the old ones
and thought i wouldn’t notice

until i found myself lying on the floor,
wondering why i was bleeding again

I don't desire a fairytale story,
I desire pure love.
A love that makes you want to dance all night.
A love that makes you want to explore and venture.
I desire a love that comes so effortlessly,
and leaves
only to arrive back with more.
I desire a love that is so authentic.
I could wait patiently however long it may take,
for it to reach my doorstep.
And acceptingly, I would invite it in.

have you noticed

how silent and calm the earth becomes just as the sun sets beyond the horizon

have you noticed

how even when a storm approaches in the morning, birds still fill the air with their lullabies

have you noticed

how low the fog lays as if ready to befriend and swallow up anything in its path

have you noticed

how everything keeps living
despite all the changes that occur
everyday

have you
