You miss a meal,
Then it turns to two,
A day passes,
And no one notices you.

Craving nutrition,
There goes a week,
Those many hours,
Longing for something to eat.

Using the same excuse,
"I'm not hungry, I just ate,"
The numbers keep dropping,
Was sixty-three, now fifty-eight.

You can't go back,
People are noticing you,
They say you should eat, and you say,
"You have something better to do."

It's harder than you think,
Just leave me alone!
Stop telling me to eat and drink!
If I need you, I can find my phone.
This poem is about an eating disorder, it’s dangerous and those that have it can be greatly effected. Not only them, but those around them as well.

as I watch you rest
the things I would do to you
would wake the neighbors

the words flow in chunks
like bad milk from a gallon
right into your cup
it's not pudding, and it's definitely not yogurt

Smooth to my fingertip
stimulation head to toe;
slice and dice my heart
the blood puddles flow
red ripples in the drips,
bow down to the reaper
to burn in what you sow.
frying in the flaming pit
trapped in the undertow,
darkness is coming at us
-ready or not, here we go.

I spelled distasteful with my life
So I sit alone
And right

Try to sleep
Close your eyes
So the monsters won't eat
What's left of your lies

Push away the shadows
With the torch of your dreams
Break your heart before it blows
And fire against the victims

When you sleep your brain is dead
Stop thinking
Go to bed
And everything will be better in the morning.
Hey this poem is about depression and mental illness (I have one myself) so if you need or just want to talk I am here
