feelings they can hurt they can make you cry
upset your emotions make you want to die.

they can be upsetting. leave a broken heart
reaching deep inside to rip your soul apart.

sometimes they can change and go the other way
they can bring you love and brighten up your day.

they can make you happy they can make you smile
putting sunshine back for a little while.

feelings they can change. switch from day to day
all of us have feelings they just dont go away.

kindness it costs nothing. kindness it is free
kindness you can share with all humanity.
free to give away its within us all
when kindness it is needed on it we can call.

there inside your heart.  every single day.
there to show to someone free to give away
kindness it cost nothing it is there for free
in your heart and soul for all the world to see.

sometimes the world is cruel sometimes it can be kind
it can lead you straight or sometimes lead you blind.

it can twist and turn and turn you inside out
leave you upside down put your mind in doubt.

it can change so quickly change from day to day
turn you all around then turn the other way.

it can  leave you sad and it can leave you blue
leave you so confused you don;t know what to do.

thats the way it is for each and everyone
no matter what it does life will still go on

If there is one thing I have learned on my travels,
it is that
the currency of eternity is the fingerprints you leave on the fabric.

The slow imprint of a million miles walked. Set free your timid heart and
leave behind an outline of an essence.

An amorphous mold that denies the shape of the world around it.
Be a surprise.
Let them label you a miracle or a sickness.

In time they will come to realize
the edge of the world is a place to dance.
Reach forward, and gift sound to silence.
