Speechless
Amber Sep 2015
alone
in the  light
that  wounds
the growing darkness
Is  the newly born hatred
That consists of
You and Me
and the things
that hide inbetween us
So pale
discoloured and unpure
It takes nourishment
from your  jealousy
You ruin my  lovely laughter
I am speechless
As I wander into your soul
That is rich  in  selfdoubt
You fill me with the fire
moving through
my words

The Stoics
Creepstar Jan 2016
When poetry
Sowed its seed
The flow is free
To grow as a tree

But woe is me
If I don't see
The potency
Spoken openly

Some have the rhyme heroically
Yet only spit inside so stoically
Selfdoubt absorbed totally
Yet you know they'd be renowned notably
Things that bring genuine joy
often come randomly,
but require sensibility
to recognize their bright.

Allies we didn't ask for
often come our way
...
almost as if we're offered help
when we get too drained.

Lonely nights blur all beauty,
invisible curtains of selfdoubt
hide the infinite, starry sky.

So it's always nice to have a talk,
sometimes I feel like I'd be lost
if I didn't have people of vision
to guide me when I go blind.
