"I can smell autumn in the air
even though the humidity
outside is still there"

A brilliant blue sea,
Sits idly, happy as can be.
It’s crystal view,
Sparkles as if brand new,
The cool calm water,
Hides a truth you knew.

The murky green ocean,
Resting a malicious devotion.
A shrouded blanket,
Covering it’s true intent,
For storms are brewing,
Which you couldn’t predict.
I moved back from one coastline to another, and decided to go see the sea. It really does change when you get up close.

Open your heart

If you open your heart
The rest will follow
Surely as rainbows come after rainy days
Surely as you can wish upon a star
Take good care of yourself first
Guilty as charged because I put others before myself
Open your eyes
Close your mouth
Open your mind
Open your heart.

thankyou

for your offered help

and saying you care for my welfare

all very much appreciated

i thankyou and say it is only temporary

in each shattered fragment
of time
we are forced apart

there is nothing of me
that does not cry out
for everything of you
Suspire - To draw a long, deep breath; to sigh; to breathe.

you
I run to you
your rhythm, your beat

for a moment they're mine
and we breathe together,
breathe

I run to you
your hunger, your need

for a moment they're mine
and we cleave together,
cleave

I run to you
your sweet-wet, your greed

for a moment they're mine
and we feed together,
feed

I see the lights through the window
Forming shapes in your ceiling
We lie in bed and you look at me
You don't say what you are thinking
But you smile and get closer.

I hear the traffic through my window
Keeping me awake till late at night
Too late to say what I was thinking
That time I wanted to stay
But left anyway.
