I’ve noticed how much you’re struggling
Trying to be strong
With the weight of the world on your shoulders
As if you were Atlas himself.
But I will be your Atlas
And become a foundation for you.
I will lift you up
Because you are my world.
I love your words
and the mind that drives them
and the way reading you makes me feel
and how I wish you wrote for me
how I write for you
And
And oh, I love the trees. They bend the same way I break.
There is great danger
in seeking the Truth
outside your own mind;
do so and you risk
the Truth becoming a devil.

The thunder clouds are rolling in
And all I want is your skin
On my skin
The taste of your sheets
In my mouth
As I bite down
Hard
They smell like you
Like us
Our lust
And the rain on the roof
The whisper on your lips
A kiss
A moan
An unsuppressed groan
When you touch me
With fire
Fingers crooked and long
Our bodies together
Dance to a song
The music we make
My whole body aches
For you
For us
Our lust
In these sheets
I taste
A future
Where this
Rainy day bliss
Of your skin
On my skin
Long after the sunshine
Has filtered back in
