Life is good when life is good
Life is bad when life is bad
Sometimes life is good but you’re still sad
Sometimes life is bad but you’re still glad
Why is that? It’s the way you live
Put things into my perspective
We make a choice to look at the bright side
We choose to make or break our own lives
Never let problems get you down
Pick your head up and hold your crown
When faced with challenges smile don’t weep
And the battle already half won so don’t settle for defeat

My day without you is like a day without the sun
There is no light, no life, no purpose
My thoughts without you is like an empty piñata
It just waits for an opportunity to be filled with something sweet and amazing
My heart without you is like a marching band with no drum major
They make beats but it doesn’t flow right because something is missing to help it along
My body without you is like a blank canvas
It longs for the day that someone with bright spontaneous ideas to come along and change everything
My day without you is like a fairy tale with no happy ending
The prince wakes up every day knowing quite well that he may not find his true love
All I want is you, and with you I feel like I can do anything

"you're my favorite almost",
he said.

"you're my sweetest what if",
she said.

Don't tell me what to do
Because it's not all about you

I'm an independent woman
Trying to be with a good man

It's hard to let things go
Just load the dishwasher up like I do bro

Oh you washed clothes
Well you didn't sort the loads

Thank you for cooking dinner
Oh but that's not the way I use the strainer

Vacuum all the carpets well they don't look touched well I think you're nuts
I have to let the little things go no if ands or buts

And eventually, you will meet someone,
out of the hundreds of people you’ve met in your life.
She’s ordinary and does the same things like everyone.
She wakes up in the morning, fix herself a cup of coffee,
does household chores, work her way out through the day,
drinks wine, read thick novels, and sleeps soundly at night.
But she will turn your world upside down.

This seemingly ordinary human being who is like
any other human being suddenly starts to become
the only human being in your life.
And you start to ask questions.

Like, why her? Why now?
Why does your heart beats faster when
she’s around and slows down when she’s not?
Why do you dream of her? Why do you see a future with her?
Why is your mind filled with the image of her face,
her warm smile, the curves of her body,
the roundness of her *******, the thickness of her thighs?

Why is her laugh the most beautiful music you’ve ever heard?
Why do you feel wonderful and glad when she says your name?

Suddenly, everything just seems to lighten up.
You are entering uncharted territories and
it feels so good to get lost in some place
that isn’t just built for sleeping and dreaming,
isn’t just four-walled and filled with furniture.

Home, more than buildings, houses,
and four-walled rooms, can be a pair of arms
around your body, like a second skin on you,
a birthmark you can never get rid of,
a memory you will never forget.
