Sitting alone in my courtyard
With the thought of this life's journey
Where is it taking me for a ride
In a three wheeler vehicle
With back two tyres of past and present
A front tyre of running future
Losing even one of them
Vehicle of life loses balance of drive
At times a pleasant journey
At times a scary journey
And at times a meaningful journey
Reaching a destination to stop the journey
Sometimes no idea where life is taking us for a ride

Memorising her childhood days,vacations,grand parents
Grandmother with eyes on road waiting the arrival of her grandchildren
Woke her up the horn of cars getting into the courtyard
Eyes filled with tears of happiness seeing her family
Running towards expecting a grand hug
Busy in their world of technology desisted unnoticed
Grandmother's priceless valuable love for them
Seconds,minutes,hours,days bygone
House filled with members of her family
Where she alone with nothingness of love
Abandoned in a corner with a heavy heart

Dancing on the floor of sky
Touching every single star
Twinkling to my moves
Comes the moon walking towards me
With a mysterious smile
Lifting me on its shoulders
Moves hastily through white clouds!

Though faraway from your sight
Holding me in your thoughts
Distance withal bringing you bounty closer
Giving no chance of missing you
Made me the queen of your heart
Crowning me with your love
Wearing me a garland of kisses
Hands together promising never apart
Taking my soul along with a tight hug
The day you were to leave
Left me in a world of precious memories
To wait till the day you make it true again

Hugging me from abaft prodigally
Holding me in your arms so tight
Standing in front of a full sized  mirror
Like an unimagined painting of Ravi varma
Creation of God with the beauty of love
Eyes contacting a rhadamanthine message
We are made for each other

It was twelve at midnight
Blue with white shade frock
Sky ready for the night party
Wearing a nose ring of moon
Shining beads of twinkling stars
Romantic music of violin
Played by the generous wind
Clouds moving alike posy
Welcoming the gorgeous sky
Guests from down the earth
Witnessing the silent night
Wishing sky A Happy Birthday !

Prepared dish by his mother is salty complaining the son
Nay aware of the taste of his mother's tears rolling down
One who has to hold closer to his heart
Sees an enemy even in the shadow
of innocent mother
Fed him with her unconditional love
When he forgets to fill her stomach of hunger
In search of an old age home in his busy schedule
To dump his mother alike a waste to a garbage bag !
