Who is it you wish to blame?
Yourself, or love’s fickle flame?
A lover seeks no vengeful quest,
For infidelity's a lover's test.

Now you burn in love’s cruel fire,
Now you know the pain, the dire.
Separation's grief, so sharp, so deep,
A wound that robs the soul of sleep.

You cannot shame another’s part,
When you too broke a tender heart.
And just as yours was torn apart,
Love plays its games, a twisted art.

Who urged you to love, to yearn?
When beauties' loyalties often turn.
I warned you twice, yet still you fell,
Into this sweet and bitter spell.

Enough now, Shariq, cease your fight,
And feel the beloved's fragile plight.
that's the thing about memories
you cherish them more when it's gone
you feel pain, you feel hurt
you miss them and wanna go back
but then after a while,
you'll realize, years have already passed

Innumerable,

the shades of grey in nature –

red-, yellow-, blue-grey.
Letter 252 (July 31st, 1882, Vincent van Gogh)

Collection "Home sea"
When he was a child
his favorite place was the library
nearly every day he did get more books out
he had read most of the books for children section
and at 12 he started on the adult library

From great tales to informative non-fiction
reading books became an addiction
never played with the kids outside
he would rather have a book by his side

He loved the classics
from poetry to sci-fi
he lived in a fantasy world
and music did consume his mind

Even now he sleeps very little
when he closes his eyes
he does listen to audiobooks
every day and night
to his minds delight

Yes he is a book bothered poet
and now he does know it
still wanting more knowledge
his mind is a university and high collage

In the face of adversity
trying to get back my dignity
building up
and trying to not run down
never will I again wear a frown

May the winds of relentless fury
scar my face trying not to let me be
but I have been on these grounds before
oh have I
in the face of adversity

Been broken and rearranged
as evil creatures play their games
so damaged I have been
but with pure heart and soul
they will not win

I am broken.

there is nothing
beautiful about that.

brokenness is painful
and ugly and terrifying.

but no matter what,
I do not need you to
piece me back together.

yes, I am broken.

but I don't need
to be fixed.
