thin pale grass competing with the big, strong tree roots pushed to the surface from below the ground

heavy clay compacted soil striving for moisture and air

I wrote this poem long ago. It is about injustice and inequity in life and nature. And how there are so many hidden things we donβt know ... and still the sun, soil, and water are more for the grass, for the many ... for people and not those in power that come and go ... π
