Morning Sun Rays
When there is no sun
and no moon around
The darkness reflects
Night shines the brightest
Flashlights take us places
to make our way through spaces
the time moves slower
and dark clouds hover
blinding black surround
and echoes of voices of hounds
the heart freezes
we sleep till late
Keep our eyes closed
to protect from the truth
Hands on every surface
finding the path out
Hoping to come across
morning rays coming through glasses
Urging to wake from
this terrible nightmare
