There was always an emptiness in me,
I could never describe why,
it felt as if there was a gaping hole
in my chest
where my heart was supposed to be
i never felt a pulse
yet i just felt blatantly
empty inside.
There was nothing that could
fill this anomalistic hole
not even love could close
the wound
and the feeling
of emptiness
where my heart was supposed to be.
