Your face turns red with blood,
Seeing veins looking like they are about to burst.

Perspiration flow similar to a river,
As sweat falls down the face.

Temperature rises to levels of the sun,
Feeling like you are about to burn up.

Heart races to the speed of light,
Experiencing a high pulse that’s unsafe.

Most people see these signs as you are angry,
Witnessing fury which is affecting your health.

Take a deep breath by inhaling through your nose,
And exhaling directly out of your mouth.

You can help release the tension by proper ventilation,
Breathing out the stressors of life when furious.
