Have you ever felt alone?
Like you are the only one in a crowded room?
You have hopes and dreams tucked away,
in a safe deep inside. And you just stand there and vegetate.
You hide in the corner and sip your drink
while everyone converses about stupid things.
There is a girl who looks at you.
Maybe she is the one you dream about,
the one who can open that safe and let it all spill out.
Your eyes meet. She is everything you need.
But you look down and bite your lazy tongue.
Because you are lonely. Because you are no fun
The walls close in on you.
What did you do?
Nothing.
Nothing at all.
