Hearts are bleeding,
Partners are needing,
Souls are dying,
Minds are writhing.

My arms remember what it feels like,
Holding you in them.
My lips remember your taste,
And your eyes that are gems.

The best jewelry sparkles in those jade eyes,
Which are the color of fresh grass;
My problem is that I remember these things,
Yet they're out of my grasp.
