The rouge from your supple lips
decorate my face still.

It's warmth radiates from
my cheek as ignited senses
beg for more.

The gentle red contours tingle
through my flesh as it etches
it's imprint onto my very soul.

You've conquered me with one gentle blow.
My only purpose for continued breath,
is to be kissed by you once more.

~~~
It is only I that hear your voice
oh heavenly father, so divine
and to my end I have no choice
for through my death you shall refine.
Such weight I carry on my mind
will lift when I do breathe no more
for I am weak from such unkind,
my body scourged so red and raw.
Forgive them father for they know not
of what they do to your sweet son,
they shall reap what they besot
remember then, this day is done.
The gift I leave them in my wake,
a better world as thee bequest
you pass your son for their own sake
for all too know and all too zest.
For follow me, they will and must
when life does end their mortal toil.
For if in God they place all trust
then they shall walk that final mile.
To paradise you will commit,
untainted by the scourge of sin
and at your feet then they shall sit
inside thy glory they will win.
But should they turn away from thee,
take wrong direction as they choose,
for if the blind could only see,
then they would know of what they lose.
Eternity they will then embroil
in Satan's caverns down beneath,
where one encounters with the vile.
That place, where no-one gains relief.
Another page is turning,
a brand new chapter waits
Soothing as a subtle wind,
opening the gates
Sunshine morning callings,
tested skies of blue
In the wake of destiny,
life has brought me you
Tender now the twilight,
pristine as the dawn
Moonbeams shatter innocence,
can it be so wrong
Breathless consequences
somehow seem to fly
Dancing on this tilted edge,
moments passing by
Sleeping on the grasses,
sifting sand our beach
Every piece of happiness
here within our reach
Flutes to play the sunset,
a soft and easy flow
Tapestries of amber tint,
daylight moving slow
Comets in the heavens,
flashing streaks of white
Bring us close together
on this moon lit night
Solitude for lovers
lives within our hearts
Reaping every longing
while we are apart
Obstacles precede us,
fences far and wide
Still our love keeps growing
never shall it hide
Finding truthful answers
live on while we breathe
For we belong together,
this I do believe
i feel
the tension of
the
wandering
blue sky
holding
back
the tears
There will be another day to be remarkable,
another day to be compassionate.
I will save the pandas after
I have slept this off.
There will be another day for self-actualisation.
Today I shall be drunk
and quite intolerable.
I'm catching up with lightening pace
I'm reading up a storm
I'm reading, learning, soaking up
those left since I've been gone.
I'm catching up with poems
at a rate I've never known
I'm hungry for their meaning,
for their meter, rhyme and flow.
My friends have come to greet me
and their smiles they light my day
it's really good to be here,
like I've never been away.
I hug the broken hearted
place a kiss upon their brow
I know true love will find them
once again someday somehow.
I soak up all your stories
all the tales of mirth and woe
the darkness and the moonlight
the sunlights fiery glow.
It feels so good to be here
sat alone with all my friends
as I wrap myself in letters
hoping that it never ends.
