Colours spread across the sky,
in dream-like structures,
where only fearless creatures fly.

They wonder on the edge of day,
watching the Earth below,
wishing, hoping they could stay.

Red and orange - orange, red,
dancing like a flame,
they don't burn, but caress instead.

So to prepare the path for Sun,
they gleam and they glow,
then melt away 'til there are none.

Cause everything must end sometime.

They say there isn't much to live for nowadays
but for love and for beauty of the trees
and for flowers which remind me of your face
and the colour of your mind which only my eye sees.

Your lips are the colour of a rose
and only when they smile the world feels whole
like the cupids with their arrows and their bows
they pierce my heart and overwhelm my soul.

Like the hummingbird's faithful song
your sweet voice can open all doors
you make me feel right, even though I'm wrong
so my heart and my body are for ever yours.

And never before have I loved someone more
and I would live for you, die for you or unleash a war.
I wrote this for a friend for her literature class. But when she read it, she said it was too "professional" and that her professor would never believe she wrote it. So instead I put it here.

kiss me
until i can no longer
feel the pull of gravity
until i am among the stars
then i would pick the stars for you
lay them out in the shape of you
hold me
until i feel your warmth
more than the burn of the sun
i would collect sunshine for you
then you could always stand in the light
i would take your hand from here
and we could walk down a flowery path
ah my new obsession. ong seongwoo! let's debut and hope you walk on a smooth path from now on. ♡

it's not as black as people say,
more a pale purple grey,
silver clouds and tires skies,
teal lips and dark blue lies

it's a whisper in the trees,
a lonely boat amidst the seas,
pastel waves hitting the beach,
the golden sand just out of reach.

tick tock tick tock
the stars slowly decay
look up look up
the sky's been washed away.
don't let me be gone

stop.
who are you?
this is no place for outsiders.
the night is a ravenous creature and the stars
don’t shine for wandering men.
how did you get here?
was it the voices in your head or the paths your wounds have bled?
stay back, it’s not safe.
you underestimate the distances ahead.
your mind will try to trick you but please, be warned.
the lost souls look like trees and the trees like snakes,
it seems you don’t realize what’s at stake
but the moment you step behind these gates…
it is too late to turn back now.
I wish you all the best.
may the darkness turn to light and the light guide you.
may your feet not turn to stone and your story lay at rest.
one day the gravel path will turn to dust.
one day your steel body will turn to rust.
and yet I trust you shall carry on.
you must.
