I want you to hold my hand
Take it in yours with natural ease
Softly
Smile at me
Show them I'm yours

I want you to kiss my head
Protecting me from the world
Tenderly
Smile at me
Show them I'm yours

I want you to hug me tightly
In the middle of the street
Triumphantly
Smile at me
Show them I'm yours

I want you to look at me
And notice how much I shine
Brightly
Smile at me
Show them I'm yours

I want you to say it
I'd say it to
Lovingly
Smile at you
Show them you're mine
A treacherous heart set its mark

My beautiful lips you long to kiss
became the daffodils in springtime
As it slowly, unfolded by the sound of his Tenor voice.
I remember him, but I never remember his ****** touch

All poets are not romantic, but our poems can
creates a romantic setting, allowing us to see and feel
the words in each line.

A famous writer once wrote.
Have a heart that never hardens,
and a temper that never tires,
and a touch that never hurts.”—Charles Dickens

The mind, body and soul havoc the hearts
into believing that our love is worth fighting for
my caramel exposed **** reveal my darkest secret
my ****** quest was answered.

"while nibbling my ear he whisper my name
the sound of his voice, command my heart to accept love
or was it was the feedback from those dilated eyes?

the thoughts of his hand caressing my inner thigh
his hot balsam breath, working the curve of my neck
breathing life into the foreplay: my imagination of his
tranquilizing earthy cologne made me sigh with relief;
that set me drunk with desire, with the deep power of joy

We cannot quench the thirst without our vision, our heart, our life,
Or our passion, restoring our relationship wouldn’t be answered

What have I for you?
Flesh and bone, curves for clutching,
Or maybe there's more.

Fat jokes are not funny,
Donald Trump jokes are even less funny,
Wanna be's for power and money,
All those macho day dreams,
Is politics ever what it seems?
What is wisdom? Socrates asked,
A question that sets a task,
Well, fat jokes are not funny,
Donald Trump jokes, so not funny,
Wise sayings, not for money....

A woman, old and poor,
has a cabin by the shore.
Here she lives everyday.
Here she is content to stay.

The village people know her well
from all the stories she will tell
about a warrior long ago.
A man she claims herself to know.

All the children gather 'round,
                  listening to her every sound.
As she speaks she looks about.
She speaks the truth there is no doubt.

"He was strong and brave" she'll say,
"and at the times he went away"
"his youthful wife would always cry."
"She knew not where he went, or why."

"All she knew was when he went
to all these places he was sent,
that he come back, just as he left,
and wipe the tears that she had wept."

"As he returned from every war,
he would come gently to the door.
He'd hold her close, and told her so,
he wished he'd never have to go."

"But, then one day of later years"
she says with eyes abound with tears,
"He left again, to not return,
and of his fate she'd never learn."

"She'd wait and wait to have him back,
but, he's one thing she'd always lack."
"And, so she waited everyday,"
and here she waits for him today.
