Found out today that a grand baby
Is due to arrive in November, the very first.
Anticipation whelms over, I take a deep breath,
And step into the warm sun light to take this all in!

Thoughts race through my mind
What will it be boy or girl? - Note to self “Hey man does it really matter”
Praying for health, ten fingers and ten toes,
And an extraordinary heart and soul!
I loved you before you were born. Praying you love fly-fishing!
Better than a speech of a thousand vain words is
one thoughtful word which brings peace to the mind.
Better than a poem of a thousand vain verses is
one thoughtful line which brings peace to the mind.
Better than a hundred poems of vain stanzas is one
word of the dharma that brings peace to the mind.
Verses 100-102 from the Dhammapada as translated by Eknath Easwaran.

Dark n Beautiful
Even in our dreams, but nowhere else,
imagine that my love

We seem to have landed on cloud nine:
Somehow we awoke in goose down feathers
Our sweaty bodies were drape
with 1000 thread Egyptian cotton sheet
Our ******* wasn’t unique,
our passion came off like a dangerous religion
Sneaky, sneaky, but always ostentatious to the facts like
Ripley's Believe It or Not

A New beginning, a new chapter a new natural high
What is love? We must never mistake it for ****** favors
*** we see it, we hear about it we discuss it behind closed doors
Give us your blessing, blessed our puppy love
Moreover please forgive or transgression.
A New beginning, a new chapter...a natural high
~~~
transgression, chapter, ***, puppy love,
Torin
I see you in the stars
Somehow you have been changed
From how the mortal eyes have seen you
Your mouth which used to speak
Of hatred and hope oblique
Becomes a beak without your teeth
Rage was born
But it will die
When its thrown into the fire
A brittle constellation
An ancient observation
You invite your guest to **** them
The poison of your being
These wounds caused by your sword
Let Heracles avenge them
All night
I look at you
Such beauty born from hatred
The knives in your hands
Cannot be be held by wings
Your arms that change until you drop them
The blasphemous skin
And fingers meant for ripping
These are the feathers that replace them
The sound of blood
And ugliness
Becomes beautiful music
Cygnus the swan. Greek mytholgy. You as a reader, I doubt you'll understand.
Love the little spider
Who naturally spins
its thin silken web
Love the little pig
Who is so happy
just to play in the mud
Love the little worm
Who is blind
but still tunnels the Earth
Love the little girl
Who hides herself
behind all those books
Because aside from what
other people may say
Everything that has been called
ugly
Will show you true beauty
some day
With love, kelsey
