Today I looked fear in the face,
Today I made a choice.
Not even the earthquake in my chest
Could shake my steady voice.

I spoke of what he said to me,
The fear that he imposed,
Of all the things he tried to do
Behind the door he closed.

Today I’ve laid my burden down,
Today I’ve been set free.
For when I spoke his name out loud
I broke his grip on me.

Come to Me
When you are lost and weary.
Come to Me
When you’re content and safe.
Come to Me
When you feel absolutely nothing
And I will hold you
In My strong embrace.

I am your home
Yesterday, tomorrow, and forever.
My love will never cease
Even if yours will.
You run away from Me
But I will be here, waiting
To fill your gaping heart
Up to the brim.

Years from now
Nothing else will matter
Nothing else, except your lovely soul
So no matter how far you’ve ran
This time,
Just come home.

I am the sun
when it is night
I am the autumn
when it's spring
I am a cello
in its case
I am a star
in early daylight
I am July
when it's November

I am
hidden
patiently waiting for
my time
to be beautiful.

oh, lost childhood
innocent, sweet, and vain
i traded away my maidenhood
for a life of listless pain.

although reckless naievity
assuredly slipped away
so did the warm festivity
of existing without shame.

no longer can bedside fables
enchant a wonderous mind.
for i have traded my maidenhood
and left all past behind.

I hope you care
enough to share
the point of conversations.

Relax, start with a smile,
make it worth your while,
spread some good vibrations.

I wish you try to know
back what they ask you to show,
exchanging information.

Never forget the value
of asking back "And you?"
when answering all questions.

Look in the eye
for those windows never lie
about their deepest emotions.

Be kind, be real,
trust and let them feel
that love defies limitations.
Start conversations. Real ones.
I may not be your first love,
Or many after that,
But,I sure will be your last.
My love for you is fathomless,
It does not know the measure of time,
The rate at which it flows,
The weight it carries.
It only knows your soul is connected to my soul,
For today, tomorrow and hereafter.
