lord
the fish
upon
the coral reef
believe
the stars
are
places
beyond
the ocean
and the sea
where they
shall reach

she asked me if i had any
i hesitated and looked down
she came over and sat next to me
held my hands and looked deeply
into my eyes almost tearing up
she pulled up my long sleeved shirt
gasped silent and tried not to show
how shocked and worried she was
she caressed them calmly
hugged me as tightly as she could
wiped away my tears
told me everything will be okay
without her, i wouldn’t be here

Green is the meadow
-lush green the Summer

Wild flowers polka dot
-splashing my eyes

With yellow and purple
and rainbow's end

The seed was planted,
A flower born,
You nurture her with tender hands
And protect her from high winds.
You don't cut her thorns,
Though they might ***** you,
Because they're part of her
You love the beauty she brings to your garden
And in turn she loves the beautiful garden wherein she grows.
Any man who plants a seed
Should be prepared to love the flower
