There is no I in denial.
They kiss in bed.
They roll around.

There is no I in denial.
He bought her flowers.
She placed them in a vase.

There is no I in denial.
They hug outside of
traditional thought.

I do not know how we got here,
but I know I don't want us
to stay.

There is no I in denial.
They **** in bathrooms.
They make love in gardens.

There is no I in denial.
She blew a kiss.
He caught a tough break.

There is no I in denial.
He holds a box of his things,
after being shown out.
She says they'll manage.

I do not know how we got here,
but I know I don't want us
to stay.

There is no I in denial.
They kiss in bed,
but it's not the same.
They roll around in bed,
but it begins
to feel
like effort.

There is no I in denial.
He bought her less.
She said it didn't matter.

There is no I in denial.
He feels like his father,
imagining things
she's doing.

I do not know how we got here,
but I know I don't want us
to stay.

There Is No I In Denial.
They don't talk as much.
They sit farther apart.

There Is No I In Denial.
She asks him what's wrong.
He resents her care.

There Is No I In Denial.
He gets drunk and
breaks the vase.
The flowers lay,
covered in wet glass,
sleeping in a puddle.

I do not know how we got here,
but I know I don't want us
to stay.

THERE IS NO I IN DENIAL.
They don't talk, they yell.
They don't remember each other.

THERE IS NO I IN DENIAL.
He drinks more.
She feels less.

THERE IS NO I IN DENIAL.
They were married underneath
an oak tree,
  She said, "I do."
He smiled and said,
  "I'm so lucky."

The flowers lay on the floor,
  dying.

I do not know how we got here,
but I know I don't want us
*to stay.
My mother was right but how did she know
How did she speak of the places I'd go
With intricate detail she'd planted her words
Carried like shadows by taciturn birds
In them and their silence I quieted mine
Rested my head on the backs of their spines
Sleepy and silent I took up my wings
I flew to the outskirts of everything
Biting my tongue to the people I saw
The ones in the middle, the warmest of all
The message I harbored was meant to be shown
But only to those who are not on their own
Verbally challenged and mentally worn
Remembered my mother, of whom I was born

oh cradle rest upon the rock that balances sustain
a back and forth reality is hiding in my brain
forever's here, i'll never go much farther than i've gone
at least when i am focusing on everything that's wrong
i walk, i talk, i sleep, repeat - substantially secure
but numb to almost anything that hasn't been a blur
i've coriander colored skin, the scent is present too
a dying shade of seeded fruit that cannot be consumed
and if you bring me where you go i'll take up all the air
i'll wait until your lungs fill up and we can go from there
with heavy breath and feet alike, my circulation slow
i enter new mentalities my body doesn't know
upon the breeze of subtleties i hold the hands of time
i close my eyes, begin to feel myself become a *child
i saw these children in a dream

My       thoughts     have
been       as    dark
as it gets
See the rivers full of rain
I am getting wet
come home fall in bed just in time
it was a perfect day
for there I met you
you look so good
well perfect in my mind of mine
I was to good
or I would be there sleeping next to you
with nothing to lose
listen to your perfect breath
Now I am getting wet again
but in a good way
I lay back you slide on top
you face in mind, your body so perfect
is this a dream, am I going to walk up
I hope not

True STORY           love you all         Regards P@ul.
When I was young
I loved when my friends told me
well these are the days
this is what you fined
these days are the best of your life
you listen
are English skys
the best you will ever fined
summer times, melting steets
football all the time
no traffic
well maybe one
but he knew
to watch out for you
Some of the things
I have lost in my brain
while remembering all that was.
With love to all of my age   :-)   P.S. or older, any race or male if you inclieed so, all people in this are fictional.
I look at all the filth and see a beauty I'd define
As something only humans would be sure to recognize
A hand upon the skin and every nerve will seek its warmth
But there is just enough of it to leave you wanting more
I should've never done it says my hazy little head
I'm sick of being wanted and I'm sick of being read
Remember what I told you when you asked me what you did
I could regret it now but I can see we needed it
I've been beneath the earth, a disappearing kind of girl
And everybody knew it, no surprising all the world
But coming from the person I have met within myself
I've learned to understand I am to be nobody else
I haven't what it takes to put my body in the sky
So here is my confession: I am not afraid to die
to fall into
Blessed is the house
Whose walls pulsate with laughter
Uninhibited
Vibrant eyes and flushed faces
Le joie de vivre
Symbols of security
We will ever call you home

Ive never slept so well
before going to sleep
thinking of you

and I guess this
is what Love
feels like

your hoodie
my time
and our lips

traded

and I don't miss
my time
because I know

its safe in your care
just as I am
and you in mine

and I want to
wake up beside
you

and sleep
with you
too
