Our world is falling around us,
No god will step in to help,
We have to take it on ourselves,
To do the right thing,

Our people are slowly ruining,
What we built under this sun,
We have to stop this destruction,
Let's do the right thing,

Our fellow man is killing,
Our own creativity,
We have to stop the ******,
Together it can be,

Let's unite for the sake of ourselves,
Let's love for our hearts not minds,
Let's live in harmonious glory,
Together we can become one.

I love watching the fire dance in the fireplace. This silent white blanket, this winters music.  This feeling of warmth and peace, perfectly amalgamated into one harmonious symphony. In a starless night, the only light I need is the one casting silhouettes on my ceiling, that keeps me accompanied through this cold moment of darkness.  I am one with solitude now.  I am not alone..

Has history taught us nothing?
That's what I’ve found
There are those still clamoring
For boots on the ground
Which may satisfy us emotionally
Just by the sound
But how lone are we prepared to stick around

Some suggest ISIS
Can be taken out
By boots on the ground
And American clout
But other than bravado
What’s that about
It’s a  confounding quagmire
Without a doubt

Certain things are
Easier said then done
Some act as if
We’re the Omnipotent One
Cuz we have the manpower
And also the gun
But history has shown us
Nation building ain't  fun

Fighting them over there
Rather than here
Might not be as simple
As it may first appear
If our strategy is not working
Which to some is clear
An effective alternative
I'd like to hear

Far, far away
In the land of the ******,
Sat a man on a throne
With a crown in his hand.

He dares not wear it,
He fears for his life.
For he know that his bloodline
Is of violent strife.

But he keeps getting pushed,
And told that he must,
For the people need rules,
And laws covered in dust.

He tells them than 'no,
I am not for this job,
Find another, who's weaker-
His life of him rob.'

But the people persist,
And therefore, in the end,
The man puts the crown on,
To kinghood ascends.

He lived in that land
Ruling over the ******,
But his time's at an end
I have the upper hand.

I come to him at night,
And whisper in his ear,
I tell him of things
That one should never hear.

And so, this new king,
With a crown on his head
Knew he would not survive
Whispers of the dead.

I shall greet him tomorrow
Where his kindred are banned
And together we'll rule
In the land of the ******.
I don't even know.

today i got admitted into my university's writer's guild, after submitting five of my best works from here (hellopoetry). I am ecstatic to be a part of the university's official writing organization and i thank you all readers and friends for reading my works. I love writing, i really do, and even if I'm an fine arts student, words speak more to me than pictures and symbols do. I dedicate my acceptance into the Guild to everyone who has supported me by liking, sharing and reading my poems. Thank you.
So so so happy!!!!!! Now a new happiness has been checked off my happiness list in life haha
