Here, the frozen moment, a most precious frame of mind
That in the greatest beauty, and in the finest art
Lies the hidden truth of man, the hardest there's to find
Belonging begins in the bravery to restart
~
I know your glow
it moves on tracks
of never-ending light

illumine, my dear glimmer

an ornament of love
spiraling along
flightpaths to each other

one maybe a failure in flickers

yet another a successful sparkle
drifted down gently as snow
about the tactile lanterns
of your hands and face

~
The Wheel of Fortune spins around
Bringing change with every turn
Up and down, through highs and lows
It never stops, it never slows

One moment we're on top of the world
The next, we're tossed and tossed and tossed
But no matter what the Wheel may bring
We must keep on living, keep on dreaming

Red bird, perched on a tree so tall
Singing sweetly, never to fall
For fortune's fickle, that's for sure
But if we stay true and endure
We'll weather every storm and strife
And rise again, a better life

So let the Wheel keep on turning
Let it take us where it will
For in its cycles, we'll find growth
And strength to face whatever's next on the road
