On the barren
head of this plateau,
you're the midpoint.

A curious moon peeps
from the curve
of your neck,
flooding the
shoulders of solitude.

With a cello
between legs,
and a bow made
of moonbeams
you string those
rare beads of a tune.

Birth of sound
makes the sleeping
auras trembled.

Ancient souls explode,
fragmented forces
drink fresh
transcendence.

There's no wrong pathway
Where a person could wander
Only bad endings

There's no wrong timings
Which a person can regret
Only wrong choices

There's no wrong person
Whom your heart can fully love
Only wrong reasons.
Place me back
into my mother's arms,
or on my father's shoulders,
embracing his ineffable charms.

The highest place I've ever been,
an overwhelming security
felt within.

Place me back
into my mother's and my father's
warm embraces,
the two places I saw unconditional pure love written all over loving faces.

Place me back
so I can feel it all again,
so I can feel safe and secure,
so I can forgive myself
right there, right then.

So I can live a life
without regret,
I didn't realise back then
that time would disappear
so fast - those years,
I will never ever forget.

*City sounds, city lights
Chaos, hustles and bustles
Amidst the busy street
I saw you, only you
In a world of deafening sounds
And blinding lights
There was you, only you
And in a world where people come and go
You choose to stop and stay
You ask me to stop and not let go
And in the name of love, I did

Sometimes at night

asleep by the firelight

I dream about them

how they died

some are singing

and others saying what

they no longer see

walking fencelines

limping as if in pain

some of them handsome

and some mysterious

silent but not

for long they tell you

men scarcely know

how beautiful fire is

and old stories

they can't remember

unless you can

still look them in the eye.
