Glass is broken.
Her wrists are bleeding.
Warm droplets hit the clean white floor.

She is here...
Do you see her?

She is now calm.
Her body is relaxed.
The tears have ended.

She is here.
Do you see her?

The glass has fallen from her hand.
She has given in.
The hurt is almost gone...

She is here NOW!!
Do you see her YET??

A broken heart hurts the most
Every nerve feels like breaking
Your mind goes into overload
Your body starts to shake
You can never stop the tears

You want to be able to hold her
Tell her nothing is as it seems
That your heart belongs to her
You know she somewhere crying
But she is an ocean away to hold

You want to tell her she is the only one
You know the pain when someone cheats
Can she understand you have friends?
And friends they will ever only be
You want this hurt to just go away

You thought that she really understood you
Of the happiness that she would always bring
Your soul, body and heart belonged to her
You shared your words with all the world
Now a broken man sitting in the dark alone

You lost that special purpose in your life
And the fight has been drained away from you
You know she will never forgive or ever forget
But you pray one day she will be coming back
For this maiden you know you will always ache

But you can at last feel the warmth of a smile
She has contacted you and the day begins anew
You can feel the black clouds drifting away
Your heart begins to beat in union with her again
And in time you know you can both heal

I want you now

I desire your touch

Need to have you

Crave you too much

Please come to me now

Give yourself to me

Show me what you like

Let us now be so free

I want to see you

See your body glow

Let me slowly undress you

Make love nice and slow

Tell me how much you want me

Tell so much what you need

I know we want the same thing

Show me and I will heed
I fell for you
Under the stars of a cloudless night
A night the big dipper shone so bright
You could see the water spilling out of it
Falling into the little dipper
Then over flowing into our hearts
I fell for you

I fell for you
Under the soft glow of a distant street light
As we swayed on swings
And I watched the rays of light
Play hide-and-seek with your skin
Trying to catch you still enough
So it could glow you like an angel
I fell for you

I learned of you
Through back channel grape vines
And locker door vents
Four AM phone calls that left crickets jealous
Listening to our heavy breaths of in love dreams
Pass through the receivers
I learned of you

I learned of you
Through tears that might as well have been daggers
Stabbing my heart
As I wrestled your secrets from the back of your mind
Through your tear ducts
And kidnapped your true feelings
In body bags from the bottom of your heart
I learned of you

I stayed with you
When learning wasn’t fun anymore
But our hearts weren’t settled in
And the comfort of silence
Fell to the wayside of sin
And your brain made your heart feel used
And your heart made your body feel abused
And your body made my heart feel abused
I stayed with you

I stayed with you
When stars were no longer visible
Drowned out by city lights
And crickets were silenced in fear
By the sounds we made at night
And surprises and picnics
Were just apologies
And our song was just a reminder
Of what I forgot about you
I stayed with you

I fell for you
Down a flight of stairs on a rainy night
When our lips didn’t mind the company
Of staring eyes
And your ferruled eye brows
Reminded the big dipper how to shine
I fell for you

I fell for you
Barefoot in sand the sun shining down
On a comfortable day in June
Which came so soon the sun hadn’t left his mark
On our left ring fingers yet
The waves from the ocean weren’t crashing the rocks
Letting the priest preach his sermon in peace
Whose words we couldn’t hear
Staring straight into your eyes
I fell for you

I fell for you

At the start of life,
You can be anything,
Good or bad,
Rich or poor,

You can be
brainy
or
popular
You can be
fat
or
thin

You can
fall in love
or
break someones heart
You can
get up and go
or
waste the days

Life is a blank canvas
and what you paint on it
is up to you...
A voguish painting
An Irish mistress
Privileged
To clover innovation
A distributing brush
Exquisiteness insight
In her scenery of allurement
Creative brilliance shadowing beyond
Artistic ability with portrait sensitivity
A non-demeanor spectable
A fondness
To erase a scrawl or smidgen
This woman of latex
From space you can see it
it's really that huge
a structure of cosmic dimensions,
and yet it was built before JCB
or other earth moving pretensions.

These days we may feel
we cannot make change
with mankind pitted brother 'gainst brother.
But The Great Wall of China
shows what we can do
by just putting one brick on another.
