Marly
I will brand you like a farmer brands his cattle.
My lips will burn marks on your flesh, claiming you as mine.

Will, makes the body a fiddle, every string vibrates with music,
life continues to be a bacchanalia, for long, from teens to midlife,
the weakening of pleasure seeking streak, brings spirit
to the center of thought, meditativeness brings connect
with the all pervading spirit, then poetry of the universe seep in
ecstatic moments of body, mind and soul, one is convinced,
are soaked in poetic cadence, oozing from the divine spring within.

Diary of the Damned
In the distance, through the yonder
Comes the Circumstance of Chance
How he longs to find his other
As he stumbles through each dance
Incomplete and in disorder
Yet a smile so often shines
In the deepest of his tortures
Yet, each move becomes sublime
For even in the times
The stumble turns into a fall
He stands until he stumbles once again
As he dreams outside the lines
And finds the laughter in it all
Though sometimes not until the tears have shed

In the distance, through the yonder
One day there will come a glance
Someone stopping so to ponder
On such clumsy elegance
As her loneliness and torture
Start to fade for the first time
For she sees in such disorder
What's been missing all this time
A feeling so devine
And yet, so scary, will enthrall
As broken pieces start to fit again
The glance, returned in kind
As they both begin to fall
The unspoken token setting hearts to mend

In that moment, he'll discover
She's the partner in this dance
Long awaited, for no other
Ever gave him such a glance
And the distance will grow shorter
In between her heart and mine
Such elegant disorder
As our hearts become entwined
And after all the times
We felt alone throughout it all
We'll find that loneliness has met its end
Together, we will find
That we will rise within this fall
Until our hearts are soaring once again

Diary of the Damned
I think about you often, too
For you are such of dreams
As we embrace in spirit
To kiss each other
To hold each other
To know each other
My nights are also more beautiful
And my days so much brighter
Now that I have found you

Our heartfelt imaginations
In each moment, on each page
Entwine in our veins
Giving purpose
Bringing clarity
As we begin to understand
How lovely, and less lonely, our days have become
Now that we’ve found each other

In what seems a short while
In each moment, we have found something so different
In reading each other
In feeling each other
In healing each other
I cherish every smile
And my worries slowly disappear
Now that I have found you

In this moment, and every moment to come
Let us continue to make each moment as beautiful as our dreams
This was written based upon, and in answer to, a poem called "a letter of almost love to a poet i almost know" by Stephanie Lynn. It would not have been possible if not for her poem. I highly recommend reading it, as well =^)

I have a gift for you, it is my heart.
Put it away, safely, think of it often
with affection.
I ask for nothing in return
But your promise to cherish my gift.

I don't know maybe it was the way you smiled at me everytime our bodies brushed one another's when we would walk side by side
Or maybe it fascinated me how much
You loved every single thing I did
And how much you inspired me to be better
Or maybe just maybe it was the fact that when every single thing seemed wrong in my life
You would figure out a way to flip every situation and make it feel right
                   And for that
I Love You
Old thoughts from old feelings I'd like to share
A whisper escaping through ruby lips
and echoing through my fragile heart
A simple pact by a fool and his folly
lays bleeding at my feet, betrayed.

Why hiding your fears in an unchewed No
Or sparkling your eyes just one liquid moment?
We are already tired before we begin.

En passant I have to tell you about the glue
That is cast upon our hips
scattered images in fugitive dreams
us at the same table
me waving good bye
perfume on your hands
but not enough laughter
to open some space in time

It’s noon and I miss you

Lying numbly on the street
Rain pats
Dribbling from fingers to feet.

Reminiscing of times now past
As rain pours
Wiping away tears that come too fast.

With an aching heart and empty mind
Rain dribbles
Searching for loved ones left behind.

Eyes grow heavy and bones crack
As rain falls
Sending more memories of the day everything went black.

Unable to go back and unable to move on
Rain spills
And all is dead and gone.

I may forget what is true
Might deny what is real
Take a selfish adventure
Focused only on you

Let all my dreams take flight
Act out the could have been
Lose myself but for a night
Weakened by my kryptonite*

Her serene face, lovely sleepy moon,
framed by long tresses of dark curly clouds
on which he traces pelagic  memories
remains focused on his, for a while,
then,
her eyes, lovely restless beetles, sweetly
buzz around his eager lips, swollen with desire.

Closer she comes, he loves that coquettish look
on her face, how cheeky, the moves she make
as if she is game for the tryst, right now
whatever it takes from her part. it's clear.
How love makes a simple maiden, daring!

Dark beetles bring him memories of pollen,
mingled scents that cover her body head to toe,
now her lips are on his, exploring gently its contours
when teeth and swirling tongue too join in,
the cravings of unbridled horses of amour
they both come to be aware, when eyes involuntarily close.

When the red eyed embers of love turn to flames,
love boils in their cauldron, they rediscover passion,
as if they are green horns, once again in the enchanted woods
in this land of cupid, where the love rules are hurriedly rewritten.
