The unknown before me,
I can’t help but smile,
Adventure awaits thee,
For only awhile,
And the dark is inviting,
What lurks there in?
Let’s make it exciting,
Of pleasure and sin,
The path stretches onward,
Where does it go?
I take a step forward,
I just have to know,
Dark emerald forests,
Deep lakes of blue,
The crows chime a chorus,
And this is what’s true,
Cliffs tower on high,
The wind and storm call,
To explore the sky,
And to feel it all,
The edge of forever,
Where else would I stand?
The forbidden glyph,
Words they have banned,
A heart that is racing,
With death and with life,
Exhaustion embracing,
To dance on the knife,
The cut is for healing
And comfort will ****,
Learning, revealing,
We live what we feel,
I go with the morning,
Or into the night,
What goods a forewarning?
With adventure in sight.

SCHEDAR
I used to think
it was our
destiny,
to walk on water
together

Nothin would bring us down

But it's been years
since we sank
below
ocean-spray's
spirited mist

I often
reflect upon our
love lost, like
the buried treasures
trapped in sunken ships

My desire to dig you up,
magically, have you again

Like the crashing waves
that break over
the sharp and rocky jetty

I break
💔
over the memory
of us
this one is so special to my heart,
I had to add one
small addition

i do not believe in god
but i do believe in poetry
and for me
maybe poetry is prayer
and the universe
is an unwavering ear
in the shape of a god

There's an underlying group
Trying to do what's not right
They're pretty ****** good
At hiding in plain sight

In before Hilary kills myself!

I continue waiting for the storm to end
Your raindrops to stop falling down
I think I must be fooling myself
Every time you let me drown

Youth is fleeting, man grows old
Like a flower in full bloom,
Which at nightfall, when it's cold
Withers quickly in the gloom.

Beauty is a pleasant mask,
Which now fills you with delight,
But one day, it will not ask
And will vanish out of sight.

Bliss is like delicious food,
But there's no one who can say
Why, when it's in playful mood,
Through your fingers slips away.

Love is wondrous, love is odd,
It's the game of life for two
Given by All Mighty God,
Who then takes it back, it's true.

Richness sometimes stays around
To the very day you die
You may live like a king crowned,
You may be a wealthy guy,

But, alas, this is the truth:
You can't buy an honest kiss,
Beauty, love, your years of youth
Or at least a drop of bliss.

It’s not just you, it’s me too.
I’m just foolish.
Because I saw her and I know
you don’t love
me, anymore
and that you’ve moved on
but I’m still waiting
for your name to flash up on my
phone.
It’s none of my concern
but I can’t help to wonder
Have you ate? Today?
I still wanna
make you a plate;
cause I know it was some *******.
Look at me
still trying to put in work
and I’m not
on your pay roll.
I’m not even an intern..
and that’s her job now anyway..
So ******* foolish.

Just Another Flower
Trudging through murky waters
It reaches up to my ankles
I know it goes deeper
But I'm waiting for the reaper
I feel it creeping up my legs, creating slippery tangles
My wet hair clinging to me in mangles
I slowly get pulled down
Waiting for myself to drown
Devoid of emotion
I'm pulled into an ocean
I feel nothing anymore
My feet are sore
From walking on this slippery floor
Please stop the pain
Before I go insane
