Religion.
Belief.
Faith.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like without them?
They create a divide.
They control people.
They scare people.
They create monsters
People are so blinded by what they've been taught,
That they lose all sense of what's wrong or right.
They believe that what they're doing is right.
Religion is a way for people to justify their actions,
All in the name of God.
We say to people
"Don't take God's name in vain."
But that's what people are doing.
Using God to justify you taking someone's life
Is not showing respect.
In fact, I think God would be quite disappointed.
Religion is the worst thing that ever happened to humanity.
We are human when it greets us,
But when it's finished with us,
We are no longer people.
We are machines.
Religion isn't an intelligent way for God
To 'communicate' with us.
Religion is just an intelligent lie.
I don't mean to offend anyone or anyone's religion. This is just what I think religion has done to the world.
I am so sorry if I have offended you in any way. I do not mean to. I have absolutely nothing against people who are religious....except maybe the ones who **** other people because of religion....but those are just technicalities.....
:) Don't come after me...

This is quite a sore subject for a lot of people, yet one that is quite popular.

robotic idiots.
that is what humans are.

I don't believe in religion, but I do believe in God.
But I also kind of don't believe in God because I believe in Science.

Life is hard.

It's that simple
Just sit down with it and don't
do anything else
It works

It's the way to write
and you'll do it
once you understand
that it's
distractions
and not the so called
writer's block that's holding you back

you can't get
rid of writer's block by
force
but you can get rid of distractions
by force

Just do it.
**** them.
**** them all so
you can be happy.

And then get rid
of distractions too.

✒️Self forgiveness

She woke alone
lying naked
her mattress bare
except for
the lonely echo
of her beat-less heart

A calendar
void of any dates
hung solemnly
above her bed
Invitations
had
gradually ceased to arrive
no calls
no letters
no texts
found their way in
through her damp
dark walls

Years of guilt
had
led to a mountain
of unwritten RSVPs
as she hid
her self-hatred
from any
that endeavoured
to help

Convinced
By emptiness
Convinced
By a colossal

Void

Grown tough
Evolved stern
Solid
Vacuous
Dead

Awoken
By a softening
tenderness that
was not of her own
She became still
Her spirit
Her soul
Inhaled
Exhaled
Into her heart

today
was different
somehow
Today
she felt the ocean waves whisper to her soul
“Come to us and forgive”
“Come to us, and forgive yourself”

She felt the warmth
from the tiny pebbles
beneath her
as she connected
with nature
She found
her way back
to her heart
Seemed to take a lifetime

It hurts.
I know it does.
But I'm devoid of emotion,
So I can't feel it.
I think that's a good thing.
Isn't it?
I'd rather be dead, but still, I wish I was numb.

It took you long enough
To finally realize
That I don't like you.
Not because you did something
Or because you are you,
But just because.
When you don't like someone, but you don't have any reason to NOT like them.
That feeling you get from a person you don't like.
You don't know why.
You just don't like them.
