vinny
things haven't been going my way
for awhile now
so i'm letting it roll
see where it goes

not giving up the fight though
learned the hard way
to know when it's time
to give up control

I'm holding court
In my home,
Not so regal
On my throne.
The peons line-up
As I moan,
Trying to pass
My kidney stones.

What else generates laughs
It's what comes of sadness,
It would be funny
If it were not sad.

What is most impressive
It's what everyone already knows,
It would be funny
If it were not sad.

What most distresses people
Are the consequences of love,
It would be funny
If it were not sad.

What generates more income for poets
Are the tragedies reports
Plucking joy of sad people,
It would be funny
If it were not a Poem.

Angeline
The ******* the bridge looks so sad
Then suddenly her expression tells that she's mad
She takes her red ballpen and a small notepad
And starts to write everything, good or bad

The sky is cloudy like it's going to rain
Like tears in her eyes that shows her pain
If life is always unfair, what could be her gain
In those crystal clear eyes, she's nothing but a stain

If they've built a wall,
don't tear it down and
bring them into reality;
take a few bricks out
and sneak inside.

Have yourselves
a fantasy with a
bit of reality
seeping in
through the
hole you made.

Was your baby
an arm here
torso
head over there
some other limbs or
organs tomorrow

To be stitched together
in a week or year
or two?

And was that baby
(perhaps ugly as sin)
beautiful to you?

Pah!

You come out whole
my little wordlings

I kiss you on your
knotty spine and
leave

Bon chance
bon voyage

Have a good life
hope some reader
loves you
