Sometimes
I want to spin
Myself into a
Hurricane
Just to
Feel
The
Calm
In
The
Eye
Because without the storm, how would you know what calm is?

It's not others' judgement which shatters me
It's in fact, my own perception
Of who I really am
It's not you
its the monster in my head

Can u still see me?
In the dark?
Where all of us are just alone,
And all I am is a spark?
Can you still see me?
Every time I’m full of glee
When I hug my knees looking for you
Do you ever try to look for me too?
Do you try to hold on to the things around you,
Afraid they’ll run away?
Do you try all you can
To ensure they’ll always stay?
You know,Sometimes, that’s all it takes
For things to fall into place
Just a little bit of hope for what’s ahead,
And just enjoying the chase.
Some people are worth holding onto

There's always gonna be another barrier
I'm gonna want to make it through
There's gonna be another mountain
I'm gonna wish it's removed
Maybe I'll have to lose to find my way
Maybe my fate will die
But at the end of the day
You can't shake me with your little white lies
I might not muster any courage in me
But I promise when life hits
I'll be more than ready
Because maybe that's what life is about
We are remembered for the things we do
Our deeds are our monuments
They're memories made of you.

I don't want anyone's pity
I just want you to see me

For who I really am

All through the trouble, they hold on
For darling, when life hits you
You try to stay strong.
Short hair, a cup of cappuccino  that’s all you need
Maybe a wine or two
But darling, let me hold on to you
When you see her
A funny haircut but those brown eyes
What does she need
When all hope dies?
Oh, Darling it’s you
And it’s forever true
So, hold on to my heart
Don’t leave me ever
Until the stars give in
Keep believing forever and forever.

She sits right there, head hangs low
And she needs a start
She looks everywhere, and feels the urge to know
What belongs to her heart.
She’s stuck in the darkness
She’s like a lonely sentinel in a silvery blue sky
It’s not misery, but you can hear her saying,
I’m gonna make it out of here tonight.
It’s not like she’s sorrowful, neither is she mad
She’s just necessarily empty
After losing everything she had.
As tears threaten her eyes
Not knowing what to do,
Although she remembers those lies
She’s still there for you.
